Not necessarily. It may have been shot off a colour proof or copy check at the printer. It may not have been distributed yet. You can't just go scanning your customers jobs and distribute them online as a printer. That's a good way to end up in court.

Sales have stagnated BECAUSE the impending price cut. People aren't stupid. They're not going to go drop $400 on a machine that will be $300 in a matter of weeks. They certainly won't do it when a BETTER machine will be $300 in a matter of weeks. A $50 or even $100 price drop on the current machine won't do much to change that.
