I think I hate Aaron Greenberg and Don Mattrick even more.
Robert Kotick is brutally honest. Greenberg and Mattrick are just liars.
Nobody reviews MMOs for the simple reason that they are constant works in progress.
They are only going to review FFXIV because it's a Final Fantasy game.
They only ask that reviews be held a few weeks to deal with all the same issues that any other MMO has to deal with in it's first few weeks. The most players logged in at once that the game is likely ever to see in it's operation.
Though I have to say, it's been the smoothes...
The title is. Big deal. They can make any game they want for whoever they like. The article is not about why the name inFamous is only on PS3. It's about why Sucker Punch is only on PS3.
If they want to make Crackdown 3 or Prototype 2 instead of inFamous, there's nothing stopping them.
Would have picked it up during the summer. But not anymore.
Unfortunately the new DeathSpank likely won't see any love either.
Just not the time for downloadable games. Now is the Winter of Disc Content.
It was all mo-cap. How can that be overdone? It's REAL PEOPLE MOVING FOR REAL.
Was the acting was overdone? Different argument.
In my experience, cloud computing is all talk and no walk.
Even the smallest server-side operation in a game causes noticeable lag.
Bandwidth restrictions at large are getting worth before they get better. It simply doesn't add up to a net-gain in user experience.
Well you'd better start imagining them.. the damn things coming to market in a month.
Do you ever take a step back and actually analyze the things that pop into that vacant lot on your shoulders?
Last week, PS3 couldn't play 3D Blu-ray. This week PS3 can.
Last week, your HD-DVD add-on couldn't play 3D Blu-ray. This week.. aw geez. Maybe next week, huh?
@dchalfont
Dude, you act like owning a console and PC are mutually-exclusive.
Sensible people choose their platform(s) based on the games they want to play. Fanboys do it the other way around.
It's a bird! It's a plane!
No! It's Captain Obvious!
How was that last Madden game on PC?
I don't know. 3D in sports games seems to make an awful lot of sense to me. Though I can't disagree that 60 frames is also important in that genre as well.
It's called the summer... it happens every year.
This is why the general lack of enthusiasm toward PC gaming dude. It's a treadmill. It's hard to spend money on the many games you want to enjoy when you're throwing money down the crapper year after year for insignificant, incremental performance increases.
Even if you build a new rig every few years, you're just putting yourself in your own multi-thousand dollar console cycle.
As often as people want to buy it, they'll put it out. What's the issue?
I sold my Wii like 2 years ago for a 360. I was inclined to trade my 360 for Move, but decided to wait until the 3DS comes out (unless PSP2 news comes first).
I don't really care much for DMC, so don't have much personal investment in the character of Dante.
A shirt is always a net-positive on a dude.
I do however think that new jacket is ridiculous and that mustache is faggy. Lip hair like that has never been cool.

Is that a 4:3 television?
That's probably an overreaction, but I like it. Send it to them. You may end up on their twitter account.
