But in a couple of years who knows how many people will have 1080p tvs? 3 years ago, nobody I knew had hd tvs. Right now my family's only got a 720p tv, but next summer I'm saving up to buy a 1080p bigscreen(this summer I saved up to buy a wii and a ps3 lol).

But I already played this game on my computer so I can't say I'm really looking forward to it personally. I guess the best thing about it is that it might mean that TESV will probably be coming to ps3 too. Personally I'm disappointed because I was hoping the secret game was gonna be the Naughty Dog game.
I second your thought. I read that it was described as a "big, big, biiigggg game." Then I remembered that the Naughty Dog game was codenamed Big. Hopefully that was a real clue and not just a red herring. Naughty Dog and Insomniac pretty much kick ass.
Don't you think that motion sensing could be used in the game for dodging or some other function that would more than make up for the lack of rumble. I think having the guy dodge punches when you move the controller would work great, especially in the first person mode they added.
I make no claims to be an expert, which means I'm probably wrong, but doesn't having a disc drive that spins alot slower reduce heat and noise some? If I'm wrong, just correct me. Well, calling Sony a Japanese company still misses the point of its global scope. It has many branches in America and Europe, and many of its holdings are based around Western interests like Sony Pictures Entertainment or BMG, one of the big four music companies. Didn't you read what I said, Sony is bigger than Microsoft so they couldn't just buy them. Furthermore, this argument has nothing to do with games so I don't know why we're having it. This game just sounds better everyday.

I hope they finally translate and localize the NES and SNES Fire Emblem games. That would be amazing.
But much of the gameplay is repetitive. Out of all the 90 or so Oblivion gates, there are only 5 different maps, and many of the cave maps are procedurally generated, saving disc space.
Thats not true, most games come from Japanese devs who will not be making many games for Microsoft. Overall, Sony or Nintendo will probably have the most games. As far as games released in America or Europe...well nobody really knows.
They never should have tried to sell them for the same price, or more expensive than the dvd releases. Its great that someone finally realizes that a lower quality movie selling for a niche market should cost less.
