cry me a river. if it was Sony buying up every game studio in sight, you'd all be cheering. maybe Microsoft noticed what Sony has been doing with PS exclusives and decided to settle the matter by making most game companies Microsoft companies. none of the PS anime and Japanese games are going anywhere, but who's to say what Microsoft will do with say the next [insert game title here] games.
the 'golden age of videogames' is a roughly 5 year period after you first discover them, so it's going to be different for everyone. those first few games you play will become your nostalgia trip. I'd pick the early-to-mid 80's arcade explosion as my personal 'golden age'.
'Days Gone lead' can suck my fat dick.
I've decided that I really, really dislike all of the updates to these online-only games - not that they aren't an improvement, but each time something gets added or changed, I want to go back and check it out. But in 76, since my level 80 toon was built on an older version of the game, it's not specced correctly, and I have all the wrong gear. So then I decide maybe I'll start over again. Then there's a new update for some other game (I'm glaring at you, No Man's ...
So, I'm guessing if this goes to court, it gets tossed immediately. I mean, DLC is created by the company; mods are created by fans.
the idea that a snazzy UI is a 'game changer' quietly implies that gamers are idiots
Why the f*ck does this site link to f*cking Sausage Roll? It's a gang of a*sholes making a*shole content for other a*sholes.
Um, if both consoles have the same games, and you're in the market for a new console, then why wouldn't you buy the console games run/look better on?
I have no idea what is going on with game media lately. It seems like everyone was freaking out over the amazingly bold strides Playstation was taking with the new PS5 logo and the stunning change from a 4 to a 5, and now we're to believe that some random geometric background and not showing the box art aligned correctly (plus text with a font - A FONT YOU GUYS) is a 'sleek change' and a 'terrific concept' for 'fierce visual competition'.
Obviously, it was the logo.
You're a fucking moron.
Sausage Roll - Made of Dicks, by Dicks, for Dicks TM lol.
Wow, it must be worse than Fallout 76 for the price to tank that fast
I thought everyone knew that the rabid, howling online masses only represent at best 5-10% of a company's consumers.
You know, I wonder if the fact that it's the first, and oldest, of the 3D GTA games might explain that.
You can do this easily in Fallout New Vegas too. If you search the mountains behind Doc Mitchell's house, somewhere between the old schoolhouse and the garage Ringo's hiding in, there's a spot you can jump up to and pass between a gap in the mountain. Through the pass, and it's just like the article described - barren, empty landscape that eventually gives way to low-res textures.
The original RAGE.
games for new consoles (PS5 & XBOX One X) have been at least $79.99 + tax for the base game in Canada since the consoles launched. nothing new to us.
