Civ 5 and dota 2 can't be done on a controller without changing just about everything that makes the game...
So ps4 = medium? If you look at ground textures medium on pc is better but ps4 got more AA.
What I expected
So sad this is a big deal, 1080p 60 fps is the standard for almost 8 years now, just like 4k will in 4-5 year and console user will have to wait again to get up to speed.
Edit: but few months ago no one cared they played sub 720p at sub 30fps because "grpahicse dont matter"

You really dont get it do you... fast paced games are not ment for controllers. The only way would be to add ton of aim assist and they are making this game as a competitive one so it would not make sens
Dx12 is certainly a breath of fresh air, CPU are stagnant the past couple of years and it certainly help in the lack of improvement.
I don't think it will make major difference for the average rig tho, their processor are much much faster then what is inside a console and game don't need to lever the performance. It will help with 4-3 gpu system that are often cpu bound and with really low end apu system
PC income is bigger then all consoles combined. The biggest games in history are pc only (wow, dota 2 and lol)

This is why crysis 3 looks so good in 8k. Its assets are out of this world. Clearly still the best show of technology. People seem to forget that in 5 to 10 years those res will be playable on a fairly modest pc. 3 years ago a 480 was the top dog and today for the same price you get a single card that is as fast as 2-3 of them.

people seem to forget that in 5-7 years they'll have 4k monitors and when they come back playing their older games there will be a ton of nice mods, 4k res and better choice of peripheral.

I was not aware of the issues, mine works good. 1440p max 60fps no dips beside in the sinner area when I break some weird barrels.
