I've had that trailer on my playstation for a year on the 22nd and that's definitely not 30 frames per second. far too smooth without double images or blurring in heavy movement.

"Mass effect has probabley one of the best and complex stories this generation. 2 Improved on nearly every aspect of ME1 while making it a more playable game"
I honestly can't see how you can feel that it's the case.
I only recently picked up and played Mass Effect 2, whilst having not played Mass Effect 1 and I did thoroughly enjoy it. My problem with what your saying comes from a playthrough of Mass Effect 1 around a ...
Dead Space 2 certainly isn't. dead space 1 was tense at ht beginning, but Dead Space 2 just throws you into action immediately and I found that a bit strange.
I would absolutely love to play a game where nothing happens for a good 20-30 minutes or so before getting a glimpse of threat. I'd have then been prepped by the ambience and setting to truly feel a sense of horror.
I don't think that they are overused as such, but I feel the direction of how they work is just wrong. Pacing is absolutely essential.
I'd be much more afraid to see a zombie slowly moving down a corror that's lit only by small shards of light as I grasp at the fact that I'm nearly out of ammo and know that behind me, I couldn't quite finish off a previous Zombie.
dismemberment would be nice, but I think it needs to be much more varied tha...
am I the only person here who actually thought that the only reason that we got any enjoyment out of the game was because it had the resident evil name to it ??
I honestly feel that I wouldn't have if it didn't.
The story was bland to say the least and lacked any real moment of atmosphere or even tension.
Graphically the game had great character models but all else wasn't exactly all that. The larger levels had poor textures and such. Killzone 2 on...
crxss.
It's eurogamer, therefore the comment is likely made in a sarcastic tone. (they're british presumably) Hence the nature of the 'thumbs up'
You should go give Uncharted DF a ty if you thought AT was difficult.
They seriously lowered the difficulty with less enemy flanking.

I can see where you're coming from but you must also understand that there's an ever increasing amount of people who buy a game such as Alan Wake on day one, then simply sell it when they've played it through and move onto the next and do the same thing.
Yes people have the right to sell a disapointing object, but in this particular market it's being milked and the only losers are the creators.
Movies go in the Cinem...
Some people here are such fools.
Why shouldn't Games come with a Pass for online Access ??
Where I live in the UK I have 2 Game stores, a Gamestation and a HMV, all of which only seem to stock new copies of Games that are a year or less more. The areas that contain the new copies also are considerably smaller and less substantial than the Pre-owned sections.
The casual Gamer is much more likely to buy second hand as it's cheaper and h...
Simply because people do not own a system you're claiming that they're fanboys.
The kinect in my opinion is interesting in terms of it's interface interactivity and such, however as a games controller I cannot see how a person can truly defend it.
It could become brilliant, but not without the input of another control source.
How can I aim a weapon or item with precision ??
How can I move a character around, whilst doing so ??

I bet you've yet to properly read any of these articles, if you have then please prove me wrong.
People like you make the internet one very frustrating place. It seems as though you're just trying to put this down because wrestlings now too PG, for you to feel like you can like it without feeling guilty around others.
I'm quite excited (cautiously though) about this iteration of the series, it sounds as though they've been seriously tweaking t...
The quotation they used for this pityful argument is roughly 2 years old.
Since then the game's been shown running at 60FPS with no differences at an event.
it most certainly will be a plus.
A PS plus feature I'd imagine.
It's not even been out for 5 years.
Barely over 4 years for Europe.
The hype behind battlefield 3 will have no difference in the sales of CoD.
CoD is like windows in the way that the internet moans on about its flaws, but it has NO difference in the sales.
CoD will continue to do exceptional due to consumer attitudes of needing the next big thing.
Yeah that's right.
They should have suffered a huge attack that damaged their reputation and fanned the flames of the internet hate machine.
Then offer a scheme in which there will be free content available for all current PSN users followed up on with a 30 day subscription to a service that allows for discounted items and occasional free content (which often saves a person more money than if they were to buy it seperately)
And top it all off by ...
No you aren't. Even the creative team and executives now regret the decision.
Warriors of Rock added a completely different quest. it had a story, that was enjoyable and cheesy.
The quest offered you the chance to play as individual characters as you moved forward. After you completed a certain amount of the power stars for one person you unlocked a special power for that person. the first being that you never drop below a 2X multiplier when you break streaks. There were 8 different characters.
Once you had completed this you could go ...
I don't see how anybody could disagree with that personally.
The whole Ps interface is out of touch with where interfaces are heading. It's overly cluttered and lacks any real personality.
The Xbox's new dashboard is proof that a system can be organised and look great. Yes it has some strange decisions, such as which item's come first, but overall it's a natural progression of what the Xmb is.
left to right for specific areas, the...
