Microsoft said Xbox one and scorpio are going to have the same games and there is not going to be scorpio exclusive software so the release of scorpio is not an excuse since this was happening even before scorpio was announced.

Last gen they relied heavily on third party and now that Sony gets most of the first party deals, people can see more clearly how Xbox lacks on first party support and exclusives. They now believe that a powerful console is the answer. That tells me they still don't understand what their problem is.

I played the demo and it was awesome. Day 1.
I don't want the Switch to fail but all the signs point to it being another underpowered device with no third party support and a mediocre network with few exclusives.
I saw the trailer and the game feels like The Witness but in third person. I may try it if there is a demo available. The game is not the way I thought it was, more alike to an adventure action game.
Not jumping in on pure hype specially considering Nintendo's history. Apart from Zelda and an obvious Mario game, what does this device has in store for the future? No triple A games support, no competitive network service, the moment the device drops, is already underpowered hardware.
I respect people who wants to buy the device on pure hype without considering the facts, they are free to do it, but I don't buy stuff like that.
The 3DS is not a console! Is a handheld device.
I see the Switch as a Vita 2. I may survive in the handheld market but it will not on the console market.

Not for me. The device will not be able to play most of triple a games coming and will not have much third party support.

I don't think they should. Sony has its own console exclusive Nier from Platinum that judging by the demo, is going to be very good. We don't even know if Scalebound was shaping to be a good game. I say let it die in the Microsoft software graveyard.
