Is going to be interesting to see how they are going to market scorpio because, if it is a next generation console, judging by the revealed specs, then what exclusive games to the console are they going to show that is not also going to be multiplatform available on PC?

Sony was dominating even before the exclusives started to be released. Now that the exclusives are here, and more to come, is going to be an easy domination for 2017 too.
Microsoft wasted 2016 with old backward compability games and talking scorpio while totally lacking on good exclusives.
Microsoft should focus on getting new first party studios and more exclusives but their PC initiative will leave the Xbox with no exclusive content.
For me it is about the console with the best exclusives games so the answer is:
PS4 Pro
Can't say anything about the Switch but I don't have anticipation for it and regarding the scorpio, there is not going to be a palpable or huge technical difference against PS4 Pro, it does not have exclusive games and my PC can play what's available on Xbox so PS4 Pro for me.
If the Switch is $199 for sure, otherwise I am not paying for underpowered hardware that is not going to even be able to play most triple a games.

Sony without a doubt. Scorpio is going to be released at the end of the year and it could even be dalayed to 2018 so it does not even count for 2017.
And with Nintendo, well, they need some kind of miracle and hope it turns out to be good so that leave Sony with a more solid 2017.
