That's practically the only hope that the Xbox community has in front of this critical situation.
Sunset overdrive was not a critical success. It didn't even make it to the top 10 NDP of its month.
I see a little difference but not a $300 worth difference.
So it is the end of the Xbox one generation. That was very quick. I think it was a shorter life cycle than the Wii U. Something tells me even a new Xbox generation won't be able to stop the PS4.
The is what Microsoft said but we all know how much Microsoft likes to mislead.
Mind controlled psyco blind slaves?
I am pretty sure the Switch is just another Wii U.
Horrible launch line up and to think Zelda is there because they delay its Wii U launch.
So, if you want to play Zelda on the new next generation device called Switch, at 900p, you will have to:
Switch: $300
Zelda game: $60
Pro controller (if you want to) : $60
Taxes
Almost $500 just to play the new Zelda at 900p :(
You forgot paid online services that works through the use of a smartphone app :(
Looks like Nintendo is trying to follow Apple.
Nintendo suddenly feels like Apple and their products.
I agree with the article. The Switch is very disappointing... Lack of exclusives, third party support, underpowered, high prices and now paid online services through the use of an smartphone app.
Sadly, Nintendo will keep being like this until they go bankrupt or they devices keep flopping.
I am one of those gamers who grew up with the NES and was in love with everything Nintendo. I switched from the N64 to Playstation and never again a Nintendo console has been primary for me.
I am not happy with today's Nintendo and I still don't see any reason to buy their consoles. Very sad because it was Nintendo who make me a gamer when I was a kid.
Where are the Xbox One's exclusives?
Xbox does not have exclusives due to Microsoft Windows 10 initiative.
Many are praying for scorpio to magically switch things around for Xbox but I belive scorpio is going to be just another underlined item on the chalkboard.
They just did! Is called PS4 Pro and is doing native 4k even a year before scorpio and is going to have exclusives games unlike the Xbox.
Looks like an amazing cartoonish game for little kids. I hope one day Nintendo makes a Zelda game for the adults audience.
Good article and I agree with it. What was shown is not enough to for me to get exited and want to get one.
Get away Zelda from the presentation and it was very empty. The Switch feels to me like a Wii and Vita fusion but with a premium price.
Things I was disappointed at:
No new Metroid game
Very empty launch line up
What's coming down the road looks empty too. Not too many games.
The price is too much considering you can get better tech and experiences at the same price.
The price of the accessories is just ridiculous.
Paid online.
What I mildly liked :
Zelda
It would have turn me on if:
Price: $199
New Metroid game at launch
Free online network service
I don't think even Microsoft has that link.
