I rather pay a little more for a better service which gives me back more value (PSN or Xlive) than pay a little less for an inferior service that returns me no value for my money at all.
And more than half less features than the competition. So you would be paying less for an inferior service.

We all know that but there are some people who can't deal with it. Sony's first party lineup has always been amazing throughout all generations.
