Quick answer it basically signals that skull island is occupied by the skeleton army and the closer you get to the island the eyes will change color. From green to yellow to red.
Wow, so much trolling going on. If you had bothered to play the game or even bothered to read the article then you would find your response is completely baseless.
I like how people are knocking the game for being what it is, which is a social game. Why play a social game if you don't have a social attitude? Why knock a game if it is not the type of game that you play?
Except the world is not shallow or baron. People present it as such likely due to the large portion of the game where you and your crew are at sea alone or taking the time to dig up treasure on deserted islands.
Yes the only characters, outside of user controlled characters, are merchant and enemies. So no real random AI to interact with in this PvP focused game. But that is really a staple with a lot of PvP games where interaction with other players is the core experience....
Point being that if an article becomes irrelevant during the process of approval then an Admin should simply fail it.
The article was March 23 and it made it to N4G 7hrs ago AFTER the server maintenance occurred. What was the point?
People... this in no way means the game and all achievements are earned. Simply that you chose a route to one possible ending to the story.
What? So building a house is a part of combat? Where did that come from???
Free on all platforms.
"Why Fortnite is Surpassing PUBG - Simplicity Reigns Supreme" - Fortnite is not in the least simplistic. The very reason I don't enjoy the game is due to the frustrating nature of the build mechanic that I feel takes me away from the shooter experience that is simply done in PUBG.
The real answer to the question is the part that is really simple... and it is all boiled down to a single word, FREE.
@Rude-ro - in just this one post you call it a f2p (free to play) game and then call it out for charging a full $60.
@MakoD - see this here is the kind of direct nonsense that is getting supported and rehashed in kind across N4G and other social sites by the PlayStation fanboys.
Obviously Sea of Thieves has near zero comparison to PlayStation Home. But you wouldn't know that or even care to tell the truth because you haven't played the game and are simply joining the hate train.
@pitythefool - Pretty sure that DriveClub had very little rebuttal from the Xbox side in comparison to the hatred for Sea of Thieves from the PlayStation side. And any real rebuttal it did get from Xbox side was in direct talk of it against Forza. It got more rebuttal from GT Sport comparisons than any Xbox hatred for it.
Point being with Sea of Thieves is that Xbox fans aren't comparing the game to PlayStation games that are like it and then saying it is better... as D...
Or so... many PlayStation enthusiasts imagine it. Seems like the vocal majority of the hate for the game is from people who have not actually played the game. Those people are simply hating on something they have never experienced.
All the PlayStation supporters on N4G are doubting the fun you are possibly having on a game that is not on their system.
I have read so many reviews that say they have put in 2, 3, or 4 hors into the game and said they have seen everything already.
I played last night and put in 8 hours and still saw things I had never seen before from the Alpha and Beta. People are seriously making up stories about the game when they post ridiculous stuff like that.
I bet a large tangent of players didn't know there were Cobras in the game too. So many hidden things I keep running ac...
Sea of Thieves reviews trending right now from some completely unheard of sources:
Gamereactor Sweden
CGM
Oyungezer Online
Starburst Magazine
Seems to be a trend that N4G is really hitting the bottom of the barrel with links to the lowest of the low in their reviews. But hey... click bait has always been a staple for N4G.
So your issue being that there are region release times and you think that means the game is CLEARLY NOT being released on game pass "on release". The day it was released I was able to download it and play on game pass... I see that myself as clearly released on game pass same day as release.
"My tests would assume only 1-3% of players are actually cheating." - in that situation it makes 1- 3 people each game that are likely to end up winning the game.
This actually is the single largest per peeve I have issue with in game. Too many times if I or my son choose to play a game via the option of joining randoms (when we don't find opportunity to play together) then we can be in the game for mere seconds and automatically be put into the brig when having not even been given the chance at moving yet.
The anti-toxicity strategy actually is a built in toxic trolling avenue for those that choose to abuse it as it is often do...
