Not that hard at all. Especially in a society where streaming of games is so prevalent. Fortnite and PUBG find it very easy to police such activity. Fortnite even has a replay system that allows you to replay the entire match to catch individuals teaming more easily.
Obviously you don't play the 2 major BR game which are PUBG and Fortnite. Where such actions is not normal and will get you reported quickly and is bannable.

Which would be ok if they had the ability to earn virtual money towards said items in game like Fortnite has. EA simply makes you pull out your wallet with no real choice.
I don't care what anyone thinks about Fortnite but one thing they did right was their in-game currency awarding and market purchasing options. You have choice of earning small amounts of v-bucks and in-game rewards as you progress and level up simply playing for free. Or option of earning large amounts of v-bucks and in-game rewards by purchasing battlepass. And you also have an option with small daily earning of v-bucks by buying and playing 'Save the World' and also earning week...

Very first game I played I had to defeat a player in final circle when he was using a Mech. Had never even seen a Mech prior to it and I won the game. Simply peppered the guy from distance up high on a cliff and had him smoking before he could do any real damage to me. He had to eventually leave the Mech or get blown up in it.
Not once seen it happen in game. Have only seen issue during the period that it was creating problems in creative than not.
Not as huge an outrage as they make it out to be. Basically the typical outrage we hear about most any big change in Fortnite. And then once it is gone all you hear is people wanting it brought back. Sure it needs some tweaked nerfing to make it closer to being competitive while still having a destructive quality to it. @Summons75 - technically no. He isn't 100% of the marketing... Cyberpunk had a very good following and interest prior to his reveal. to the point that it likely would turn out to be a profitable venture even without the celebrity attachment.
What Keanu did though was make that interest in Cyberpunk go from a semi-large interest to a main stream focus where people that wouldn't have had an interest in the game before have woke up to see what it is all about. And thos...
You are just not correct. It has been proven time and time again that a recognized celebrity will draw much more interest in a venture then not having any celebrity involved. Sure you can sell things without a celebrity but it doesn't mean that the return value of a popular celebrity in a commercial, video game, movie or any other venture isn't easily seen.
