Explaining how MS has worked the Series X so it doesn't cost an arm and leg for access speed.

Wow... your history classes must have been skipped? Because for sure Sony is known for creating tech that is over priced compared to market and often with the exact same internal bones.
Again, the statement should be in terms of the already BC titles playing on Xbox One will all play on Series X.
What I believe was meant by that statement is that all games already BC on Xbox One will be fully playable on Xbox Series X.
Not even that... "some" of the top 100 most played.
@KyRo - but that was in completely different circumstance. Next generation was talked as having ability to run current generation games natively. It can't be native if it only allows some games to work.
Almost all...???????
Wow... his tweets have been turned to private. Guess he was a bit embarrassed by his own tweet?
Well... so much for that theory.
According to the now released specs we see why they should be scared. It is PS4 Pro vs Xbox One X all over again in terms of which is the more powerful console.
MS came out with a complete spec list. If Sony doesn't follow suit than anything presented will be pointless.
Guarantee it will be a very shallow offering.
It is exactly what Sony does. They like to create proprietary hardware that requires users to source their own well for what they need instead of others that have copied their past propitiatory hardware attempts.
And actually smaller than the PS3 fat. ;)
You have to have the smallest mini fridge ever seen.
@Concertoine - it has already been pointed out by MS that HDD drives for Series X will only allow older Xbox One games and previous to be played. New Series X games will not be able to be played off of older HDD drives.
@drpepperdude - neither MS nor Sony are very good at offering affordable proprietary storage options as their offerings have always been much more than retail costs of similar storage size//type.
So basically they forgot to add strength to the storm when it reaches final few circles to prevent just this type of occurrence.
Until Sony says it... the rumors are simply... rumors. With not an inkling of believability to them.
There seemed to be camera and targeting issues? At one point a targeting reticule appeared when he was running away but when trying to fight enemy he had issues.
Nope, will have to see which option of access to speedy data is better. For sure Sony is paying for a direct hardware route of speed while MS has gone tech and spent the extra money on other important areas.
