Yeah I love Magic: The Gathering so I'm really excited about this game. I'm definitely getting this.
I'm trying to decide if I want to go to buy one now. I want Jeanne D'Arc.
Is this happening on any other systems? I'm not trying to take jabs at the 360 but All Pro 2008 does the same thing on my friend's system. It may be hardware related. We actually had to plug his external cooler up before the game loaded. The funny thing is that the system had only been on for maybe 20 min. It was the weirdest thing. We tried twice to get the disc to read before he said to plug up the cooler. We plugged the cooler up and it magically worked.
That sucks for you guys, but hey can't you just change the date on your consoles? Move it up to the 25th. Just some advice from your friendly Sony fan.
If you get the same configuration as a 360 plus Blu-Ray and HDMI for $50 more I don't see how people can complain. But they will.
The fact that it's still happening is news. A failure rate of this magnitude has never happened to product and it not be recalled. The fact that your upset about it being reported and not about it still failing is a reason it's not being recalled. 360 owners are just accepting it.
I don't understand you MS guys. I play my PS3 everyday. I'm trying to find time to play the PS3 games and all the new PS2 games there coming out that are better than most next gen titles. What you guys don't understand is that we still have 2 generations of games to play. Sony didn't give up on the last generation like MS. I'm sorry for the people who go through the RROD but it's you own fault for putting up with it.
Or could they just be complying with consumer demand? I personally don't care about rumble. It's overrated. I don't miss it and I won't get one unless I need a new controller and these are the only ones available.
No Halo game has ever been better than UT. To people who play FPS on PC (which is where it all started)Halo is considered a good but not great game. Now that Epic is bringing a true PC quality UT to console with mouse and keyboard support it's over. Halo 3 WILL sell more but it's hard to believe it will be better than UT3.
I think that's a good choice. I like Christain Bale more than Hugh Jackman and I think he would be a better Snake.
Of course we want games now, but for me I've been playing games since 88'. I've been through all the system changes and I understand that it takes a year or more for developers to start taking full advantage of new hardware. It's always been like that. No system that I can think of has been immune to this. The PS3 has just caught more scrutiny because of the price.
The PS3 was worth it's value when it came out last year. Alot of people just looking for a videogame system can't understand, but Sony is a technology company. They had the foresight to see that Blu-Ray was needed. Anyone who says different are in denial. What Kaz really means is that the graphical quality will increase thoughout the life of the system. Well it hasn't been grim for me. I got mine in December and and while Jan to Mar were kind of slow I had plenty of stuff to play. I'm on my PS3 almost everyday and it's been that way for months. My experience has been wonderful. I am anticipating this game though. I can't wait to play it.

It's sad that we still have to deal with this today. I'm black and I have friends of all races. When I get mad I don't think of racial slurs. There are too many great words to use on people other than a racial slurs.

Wow a 1.5? Are you kidding me? I'm buying this game next week. If it's getting all these bad reviews it must be f***ing awesome. What I will ask you guys who think this game is bad is first have you played it and second try and find the last game rated and 1.5 and tell me you think this game is that bad. This is so dumb. I think one of the most interesting ones was #62. Final Fantasy was called that because it was intented to be the last game the studio made since they were broke. To think we almost missed out on one of the greatest franchises ever.
I haven't had any trouble getting onto PSN or browsing the web. That's weird though.
This is a one of the reasons I will never be a big PC gamer. It's just too much hassle. The only games I really play are action RPG's and RTS on PC. I'm a technology hog and I know how to build and configure gaming PCs but going through this is ridiculous when you have consoles. Then you are restricted by software activation. I'll stick with my consoles.
