Bayonetta 2 and "X" are exclusives. WiiU is also getting Black Flag, Watch Dogs, and Batman Origins
Got 5 core/mature gamees to look forward to, not to mention Smash Bros.
With DKC:TF releasing this November Retro's work on their next game shouldn't be too far away.
We didn't see a whole lot, really just one level. If it's anything in the spirit of World it will have a cool world map, secret exits and amazing level design
Hopefully it's more ambitious than 3D Land in terms of difficulty and such
Don't worry about it. It's called pride in your company. I have the same for Nintendo
As long as a person doesn't act like their console is perfect and can do no wrong I have no beef.
Sony made MS look arrogant and ignorant of gamers and the industry alike, the PS4 has most of what you could ask for in a $400 console
Calm down young Padawan, the time will come
Prepare yourself for when that time comes.
Paying for Online is my only letdown from the conference. I'm really tired of paying for Live as it is, though hopefully Plus will give me more stuff I actually want ("Free" games are a plus)
The most I want out of Online is downloading games/content, playing games online, Netflix, and games I can play.
I hope the website is as expansive as Dojo was. Great site design and never really seen for a video game (on that level)
Xbox One has no leg to stand on
You're paying $100 more for once a day DRM, used game fees, less power, less exclusives and Indie support, and Kinect which you probably don't care about
Sony has the strongest system coming to market, I hope they bury Xbox, wipe their dirty faces off. They've come a long ways from the PS3
I give them 10/10. Heck, turn it up to 11. They've made a young but seasoned gamer proud.
Too many games looked multiplat or average, it won't be hard for Sony to top it on the games front.
The price makes me shake my head. $50-100 easily comes from Kinect, which I don't think many people care for. It would be one thing if Kinect changed how we play our everyday games, but it looks to be more of a "gimmick" or sideshow attraction that fails to entice.
If you were going to get one anyway it didn't disappoint, but for someone...
I'd give it a 7/10 (6/10 if I wanted to be more critical)
No games got me excited except for Killer Intinct or Halo (nostalgia really), the console will have a strong early line-up, the price is a bit too much (still forcing people to buy Kinect when we don't want it, easily $100 there), No previous fears were alleviated, most peculier part was the reveal of 5 1st party Devs
Overall there weren't any low points except for the price (again I ask &q...
Didn't you hear? Battlefield is now Turok
I don't think people realize how present Indies have been on WiiU. Evey week there's been a new release. They may not have sold well, but they were there and much more substantial than actual retail games
I hope they go with a more serious image. SF for SNES was so cold and badass, every game since has been a bit on the goofy side (even the character models have been cartoony). Less Brawl Fox and more Melee Fox in the art department. Go for that Teen rating, bring back the amputed legs replaced by metal legs.
Nintendo has so much stuff confirmed/unconfirmed to show I have no idea how they will plan the Direct. With 3D Mario, Zelda, Retro Std, Smash Bros, Bayonetta 2, Mario Kart, "X", Sonic, and whatever else secret to show. So much hype it's almost unbearable
Don't let me down Nintendo. After the Direct i want to be looking forward, not back
It's a promotion tool. You see the contest so you go to their Facebook. You like the page and get info, you buy CoD.
But yes, I get the point. The dog is an attempt to expand the series. Whether it's another Elizabeth or just a desperate marketing ploy with no substance, I guess we'll just have to wait
I keep forgetting it will be on 3DS. If they would just make an exclusive 2D Metroid for it I would finally get one
I'd rather have a sick bundle or expanded Memory and a decent bundle at the current price than a cheaper one
The used game fee tbh is expected, I wouldn't be surprised to see Sony reveal some sort of plan, if somewhat more lenient.
However the once a day DRM and required Kinect is just a way for MS to control the consumer, an unnecessary burden that helps no one. There's also stuff like the cable box focus and other hidden fees that are concerning.
With word that MS is cancelling post-conference discussion tables and generally being vague on restrictions is ...
"We learned from the launch of the 3DS"
Yeah, sure. Biggest thing that frustrates me with Nintendo
As if Mario needed anymore games, but Lego Mario Bros would look cool. Enemies blow up into pieces when you jump on them, everything made of legos.
The perfect fit it seems.
Holy Sh** an agile Bowser? That's actually good news for me, on a competitive basis the heavier characters typically lose to the lighter, faster ones
I like how there will be differences in stages, so buying both versions isn't as redundant. The 3DS versions look crisp for such a handheld, a different style that still fits
MegaMan looks very innovative. Certainly a crowd favorite
Wii Fit Trainer might take some time getting used to, b...
