There is no way I'm spending 60 dollars on a unfinished game. It's too bad too. It looks phenomenal. At least graphically and gameplay wise.
If it has a campaign it wins. Mortal Kombat destroyed Street Fighter.
Street fighter5 the incomplete edition. Plays story mode. 3 fights and it's over. No extra rounds. Just ending. No credits, bosses, minigames in between like destroying a car or kicking barrels. You know which game had more content? Street Fighter 1. The very first game had more content.
It mattered all last generation. The actual different was much tinier. In half the cases PS3 won the better version. So now the difference is actually pretty pronounced and articles are rushing to try and save Xbox. Odd because last generation PS3 would be crucified for one screen tear extra, one missed blade of grass,any texture not as smooth. I'm guessing this is just speculating far enough into the future as they can accurately predict. Even that is not sure. Recently they just discovered a 5 dimensional glass hard disc that stores 360tb of data. Who knows how that effects games. It could have exponential leaps for the next generation or one after. At any moment in time one of these technologies could effect gaming.
It's the best fighting games graphics I ever seen. It's great responsive gameplay. It also looks unfinished story mode and single player. It's like eating the world's best steak priced full price but it's only half the normal size serving. Delicious. Oops it's gone in one bite.
Oh yes it is. The best graphics of any fighter game. Great multiplayer. The campaign seems tacked on and single player unfinished. The rest is phenomenal.
Don't get me wrong. This is one of the best fighting games ever on sheer graphics, design of stages, characters, the great gameplay. However. .. there is barebones story mode, no boss battle it looks like unless I missed it. There is limited single player options. The game feels incomplete but a masterpiece. Unlike any other game before. Half masterpiece and half done.
Unless you want a bunch of unfinished games that you will end up paying a hundred dollars for full access? You better start caring. This is just a small fighting game. Imagine a large open world epic charging you for access to the next castle or land? Just so you can see the ending. That is where they are trying to push this. No more sequel for games. We are talking buying part two of the same game to get the endings, multiplayer, full access.
Completely agree. Don't want them to start practicing this more oftentimes. This is dirty tactics in gaming. Complete your 60 dollar video games or charge less. Don't give me some bull about making money. Fallout4 provides hundreds of hours of gameplay for 60 dollars. Metal gear solid, Witcher, geez! How are you gonna skimp kids on a fighting game? PSVR is the way to go for me. It's for sure to have a few interesting titles. Probably movies. It'll be a blast either way. I'd love to own either the Rift or Vive as well if I could.
