Something should attract you to a console. These aren't DVD players.
It's not surprising. Idc about attach rates. That's a meaningless stat compared to overall sales. Xbox One's attach rate could be a 100 percent but if PlayStation still sells twice as many then attach rates mean nothing.
Yes. Don't tell them though. I'd rather they keep not having anything actually exclusive. Lol.
Another article trying to rearrange the goals of victory for Microsoft. Each day there is an article that moves the goals post or tries to logically explain away some sort of victory. At the end the day solid sales numbers are all that counts.
Sounds about right. 40million for PS4 and close to 20 million for Xbox.
People that don't know about virtual reality say this. It's not true. The device isn't all that uncomfortable. People wear helmets in the military much heavier all day long. People wear hard hats at work. Welders wear much worse. Football players, Hockey, baseball. Hours on end wearing equipment. Virtual Reality is nowhere near as uncomfortable as those things.
@unspoken. Virtual Reality is gaming though. It's just a new type. Similarly to the way first person shooters offered a different perspective to play. Virtual Reality will too
Now this is the type of stuff that interesting to me for Xbox
It would be nice for it to develop anywhere. I've seen movies, videos, and games take a new direction under virtual reality. I'm hoping it just takes off.
Bro. The ahem person virtually Bob's up and down in first person on your ahem. And you are watching in any direction you like. Lol.
I'm ready. I'll know where I'll be the day they ask where were you when virtual reality launched? I will say I was one of the first adopters. I am ready!!!
There is a literal pile of gold sitting there for PS4 in their backlog.
Ps4 is hitting it out the park with games so far this year. I think this year is gonna be a landmark year for Sony.
That's great, because I was very interested in it. Especially the first videos of it. I'm hoping it turns into a full experience and not a pay to play experience.
I'm assuming it will be built towards virtual reality. Assuming virtual reality is a moderate success. The machine will be beastly and center it's specs on probably the ability to pull off striking seamless virtual world. It's makes perfect sense. In that regard it'll probably be aimed towards specs that can create huge open worlds and good artificial intelligence.
That console war thingy has been over for a year now. It's nice to keep us informed of the widening gap I guess. I'm kinda interested in knowing just out of curiosity. I'm sure it'll grow quite large.
Actually the demolition is just beginning. Microsoft is gonna receive a huge whooping. It'll be a sight to behold once the gap opens up even larger
Looking at Uncharted 4 there might be a slight difference in power. PS4 surely has the upper hand.
How is it gonna run Crackdown if that's a exclusive game? I haven't seen anything special yet.
This reason is actually pushing my to buy a gaming pc one day. Got Xbox exclusives on a better more graphically capable PC. Got Oculus Rift. PC is starting to make a compelling case for itself.
