Not everyone owns every game for every system they've ever had any interest in. At least they're quality games (Siren at least). Vita got one good game, and it's just PSP...and I've already played that.

Biggest problem is it isn't Golden Abyss 2 or Fight For Fortune 2. We didn't need a direct sequel like UC4, frankly. It exists it bolster PS4 sales. Doesn't seem bad, just redundant.
