I hope this (awesome looking) game gets all the "action shooter bang bang" s*** out of RE's system. We need the slow, methodical, tense, tactical series we know and love back. Spinoffs are where games like this one shine. Day 1 for me btw.
More garbage (for Vita at least).
It better be, I am looking forward to it.
Is this SJW s***? Smells like it.
Except everybody is getting robbed by the existence of some DLC. On-disc DLC for example, and I bet most DLC is hack off and resold separately for profit even if it is not on-disc. We're certainly being robbed, some just don't care or, oddly, like it.
I don't need a gun held to my head forcing me to buy something, but if I buy a hamburger and I end up needing to buy the ketchup separately, I'm going to be pissed because it should be there in the first place,...
And tell me how it benefits them not to release it on other systems as well?
It hurts them and their fans in the end. Period.
The current Nintendo exclusivity will hurt it in the end.
They can often be good, actually. It is disappointing but if a game is delayed it only means it wasn't ready, and I don't want an unfinished product.
Waiting on Vita version.
That's true. Media is far too expensive as it is, piracy is doing us a favor indirectly, lol.
Not having money or having access to a game are reasons. Might not be good ones to you but that's irrelevant.
With DLC and MTs robbing consumers, I hope piracy ramps up. An eye for an eye.
"Alright, tell me what you want from a Soulsborne easy mode..."
Nothing because I don't want to play the games on any setting.
"...and I will tell you if these aspects are fine and can be worked into the game without a complete redesign or severe restrictions into other aspects."
I've heard of people having entitlement issues but authority complexes are pretty rare, usually a sign of a delusional mind. I'...
"It is not needlessly difficult,..It is designed like that and besides DKS3 is barely challenging,.. Besides you can over-level, if you have problems with 'dying' and replaying (which is a big part of the experience) ,.. more you play/ die, the more you learn about attack patters/world/secrets etc,..
If you want it easy,.. you need to grind a bit,.. and that is that (that is the game and experience,.. you may not like the game as it is ,.. but it is what it is,..)If you...
"The souls series got its name due to being unusually difficult in comparison to other games. Without that, what is it?? It's identity is about being a tough challenge for gamers who want such. Add the ability to reduce that difficulty and it loses that."
And it can still be difficult, nobody is changing that. I don't see your point, games who "want such" can still have such. Nothing of value is lost with more options, at worst something useless ...
It isn't theft if it is marked as free. Also, you can't steal lines of code.
F***, I always miss this kind of s***. Damn it...
Do you even know the definition of "cynical?"
"cyn·i·cal
ˈsinək(ə)l/
adjective
1.
believing that people are motivated by self-interest; distrustful of human sincerity or integrity."
It's synonymous with "common sense" in my book. Anyone who isn't "cynical" is ignorant. As for bitter, sure am; after enough idiots like you s*** your opinions down my ear canal it h...
Easy/Medium/Hard should be the standard across the board. I applaud games which go above and beyond in allowing customization of one's experience, however. Bravely Default went as far as to allow battles to be turned off, and Street Fighter has many difficulty settings. This is how it should be done. Crank the difficulty up if you want a challenge, or bring it to a crawl if you don't. Play on medium if you want the developer's intentions.
Why is this even a deba...
Shut up. RE DOES need to return to its roots. So many series have abandoned what made them special, like Metal Gear Solid, Final Fantasy, and such.
