You know I only played Gears 2 and tbh I think it's a great game, it really is a lot of fun.
But whilst it's sales figures are vastly superior, Uncharted for me just whoops is ass in every single department.

I work in tech support for an ISP here in the UK and the majority of people calling in are trying to connect their devices wirelessly and we've been providing wireless routers to customers for the last few years at least. Granted it's mostly laptops and desktop pc's but to claim most people don't have wireless capability in their homes in this day and age is quite ridiculous.

Some of the list is spot on, others not so much.
Killzone 2 stands out to me as a game that belongs nowhere close to being part of such a list.
I won't comment on Halo 3 gameplay because I haven't played it but we've all seen gameplay videos and the visuals aren't up to scratch this gen. That said though, doesn't the Multiplayer still have a massively active community? You can't tell me they haven't done something right with the game when there's still so many people...

I'm very happy for Incognito because Warhawk was an awesome game, only thing that could have made it better would have been a kick ass single player campaign.
I moved on from it a while aog but I spent quite a bit of time with the game (mostly sucking) but loved every minute of it.
Looking forward to see what they do next!

Seriously though, Netflix functionality on the 360 is far from outdated, it's just been around longer on the 360 is all. I'm sure there's tons of 360 owners that use it on a regular basis.

Netflix however is a US company and only offer their services there. The lack of Netflix in the UK/Europe isn't one of the many things we'd normally be able to blame on SCEE.
It's definitely a cool feature to have. I was critical of the feature on the 360 simply because you need to be a paying gold member in order to get it since you could really just hook up your pc/laptop to your big TV and do essentially the same thing for free.
With it being on the free PSN I can't really fault it although I think it needs to have good functionality in it, by that I mean you should be able to not only just view movies and other content but manage your viewing queu...
Sky TV isn't free mate. In order to use the Sky Player, be it on the Sky website or on the 360 you need to be an existing Sky TV customer or pay for the pleasure of viewing it, not to mention you'll need to be a Gold subscriber on the 360.
Play TV would actually be cheaper in the long run.
Go for Professional, there's no reason not to get a more complete version of the OS for the same price as Home Premium.
Because it was a student offer giving a copy for $29.99 or £29.99 depending on where you are. Not sure the stores were doing that deal.
I've not been able to use those install files but thanks to the article have just about completed the install of Win7 Pro 64-bit on my gaming desktop. A clean install too, none of that upgrade malarky.
I'm happy now.

Oh and MW2 will get 10/10 from probably the same people that criticise games like R&C for not doing anything new. Mark my words.
I loved R2 tbh but the one thing I love about Insomniac is that they really take the opinions of the fans seriously and will learn any lessons needed for R3.

Regardless of the platform, those games you listed are all absolutely fantastic games. Luckily for us they are exclusive to the PS3 which makes owning the console more than worth it.
MS are kinda changing their tune to suit themselves here with this one.
I think if this is true then what Pirate Thom has mentioned is how it'll likely be.
Either way we should wait on official confirmation in English before getting too excited.
