The first game is one of the best games I've ever played, great story, great character and supporting cast, great gameplay and fantastic graphics, not to mention the game ran as smooth as you like.
But wow the second game sounds just way too awesome, story sounds amazing as does the action and some promising new gameplay mechanics.
Anticipating this game more than Killzone 2 tbh and thats saying a lot cuz can't wait for KZ2 lol.
Hopefully the game sells a few million as it deserves to. Guerilla Games should be rewarded with great sales for their amazing work.

I don't find that too hard to believe, up until not too long ago download purchases of music were not counted towards the UK music charts.
I doubt halo will ever achieve the fanbase of star Wars, or even get remotely close.
I thought the same as others when I saw the title, that they're going to milk it for all it's worth as quality diminishes.
It's not incomplete, it just differs from what you'd consider as the 10 hottest games is all. Neither one wrong neither one right.
I'm not sure what it is, they're marketing it as an expansion since it's called Halo 3: ODST but it's not eaturing the Master Chief and I think might have it's own kinda side story. I'm surprised they didn't include the GTA4 DLC if they were adding in ODST.
I've been keeping an eye on Prototype since it was announced, looks like it could be a great game and yeah you got InFamous right, they're both open world type games and the main character has super powers.
Both are looking like they will be very good games.
I bought a 360 last week because they are dirt cheap now and I kinda wanted to see what the fuss was about Gears 2 (really fun game btw, still have to try Horde out tho) but this list makes me sad because it's mostly multi-play games that I could have played either on my PS3 or PC anyway and I wouldn't have had to buy another system. I'm confident MS will announce some exclusives by the time E3 comes around but if MS can't come up with a few games to justify my 360 purchase that ricals Sony's...
He has stated that he prefers the PS3, last week in fact but there's nothing wrong with that. He defends Sony a lot but like he rightly said, there's so much more nonsense thrown Sony's way that needs to be put down and he does it and to be fair when MS are unfairly criticised or someone says something dumb and unfounded he defends MS also.

I don't think a modern setting would fit with the story...the gap in between would leave too many unanswered questions in the story.
A friend of mine spent a week making his RROD a couple of months ago because it started to sound like a helicopter from black hawk down.
He was treated to a replacement 360...not bad lol.
My experience with Sony is quite good tbh, my 60 gig stopped reading discs and was replaced for free outside of warranty so can't complain much...my new PS3 also runs a lot quiter which is a nice thing too lol.
The fact that MS give the 3 year warranty for RROD along with the fact the problem isn't as big anymore (I know it does my friend is manager of my local GAME and tells me it's still an issue but also said not as big a problem anymore and thats who I got my 360 from) kinda ...

The reason I ask is becasue I bought a Pro on Friday.
I don't believe that's a completely accurate statement tbh, given how much Home will evolve over time. There are things still not yet fully implemented that we know about (game launching) and so much more that will be added we don't even know about yet.
Home has it's limitations right now and personally I don't use it that much right now but I appreciate it's potential and as it evolves I can see me wanting to participate a whole lot more in the future.
