I'm all over that God of War DLC
I don't care if it's late this year or early next year.
I know I'll get an absolutely amazing game and there is plenty between then and now to keep me occupied.
I didn't click the link to read the article and I don't plan to but that quote and your response is amazing.
Talk about idiocy.
The PS3 isn't quite thrice the price of a 360 in the UK.
Sony's firmware updates add more features to the system the majority of the time, so no they will NEVER get old as long as they keep improving the functionality of the machine.
I for one love some of the FW revisions that have been released so far and I look forward to anther 34+ FW updates that will add even more still.
Absolute garbage article.
The new Ratchet & Clank game is one of my most anticipated titles this year, looking forward to all the others but R&C is some serious fun.
Playstation Home will soon sort that out, kinda
Meet up in Home, talk away and then setup and launch a game. The full functionality of it is not there just yet but it'll get there. It won't enable cross game chat but you can at least send a PSN text asking if they wanna play and to meet you in Home, then talk it out.
Such features would be nice without the need for Home, it'd be more convenient actually as there would be no need to quit your game if you don't wan...
That looks a lot like the madcatz one and I can tell you from experience with both, the official one is in a different league to these 3rd party options.
Typing with the madcatz version was better than using the controller but only just, I found the buttons somewhat unresponsive and getting buttons to perform their secondary function was a pain.
Oh and over here in the UK, the official pad cost me the same amount as the madcatz one did about a year and a half ag...
Not a bad article at all and yes, of course it makes sense. The financial implications alone is enough or it to make sense.
It doesn't surprise me, GAME in the UK stock and push 3rd party accessories much more than they do official sony accessories, not so much with controllers but other things like 3rd party versions of the blu-ray remote control and bluetooth headsets etc.
They are a business after all so some of this stuff is expected but I hate stuff I don't want being pushed at me. Generally I hate talking to employees in most stores because most of them have an agenda other than simply giving y...
Microsoft with a team of 150 and $50m would only result in DLC from a 3rd party publisher, not something like KZ2.
Their first reason might be a fair point.
Still though I'd expect the DLC to sell well. I just find it funny the sales for this DLC will be tracked like a full game release, this generation is so stupid at times.
For all those people saying things like "why shouldn't this review count?" "who are you to choose which reviews are valid?" and words to that effect my question to you is this.
If you were reading up on a game you were interested in, doesn't matter what game it is or for what platform and you came across the kind of review Maxim gave each of those 3 games, would you pay attention to it given that the 3 reviews combined would barely be a paragraph and tell you ...
That fatass would probably do a better job of reviewing the game.
The score isn't the issue here, at least not the real issue.
The issue is their piss poor excuse for a review...1 sentence?
You call what they wrote a review? Like 1 sentence for each game qualifies as a review in your book?
You can't be serious.
This review and indeed all the reviews in their magazine show they know nothing about gaming.
Their review wasn't even a single paragraph in length for any of the games.
Of course not everyone will like the game but I doubt these people even played the game, or indeed any of the 3 based off their "review"
I'll believe they're working to resolve it when it actually is resolved.
SCEE is a joke in more ways than just PSN releases, Europe gets the shaft on preorder deals and even some collectors editions (Resistance 2 for example).
It's ridiculous that it takes so long for these games to come to the EU store. If MS can treat their store as a single worldwide entity then there is no reason the different divisions of sony can't collaborate and do the same thing.
Garbage article.
Why this is considered news is beyond me.
Yeah I figured the mention of the Motorstorm game was for the current PSP given that the article mentioned it might be out this year.
If it is in development then I can't wait becasue Motorstorm is awesome, endless fun for the bus ride home from work.
Would love PSP2 to include custom soundtracks for playing games like mMotorstorm btw!
From thta trailer shown at the VGA's there's some badass looking fists to play with!
