This is FFII in NA. Great game! Playing through it atm on my DS.
Half Life 2 is the greatest game ever created. Please, please, please, I know you're taking your time, but don't let us down with Ep3/HL3.
=D
Same here. I rarely purchase a game at release these days. Sure, there is the odd one I've been anticipating forever, but for the most part, I'm quite content to wait a month for the inevitable price drop on Steam, or the Ultimate/GotY/etc edition several months later.
Yes, want.
WTB Dissidia for PS3 ><
Sounds great. How have I never heard of this game before?? I scour the interwebs for RPG info.
Have played in the past couple beta events, and the game is looking very good. Extremely polished, great visuals & sound, awesome class system, decent lore, somewhat boring quest progression. The Rift idea is pretty cool and really gets players in an area working together. My only question is how long will this last? I can see the Rifts/Invasions getting kind of boring after you've closed a rift for the hundredth time. I hope they have other ideas such as NPC led invasion in to e...
Lol, good stuff.
Yeah good point. Wouldn't be much of a demo if all you're doing is changing a beard style. Lol.
I wonder if it will be the character creator like they did with Dragon Age: Origins.
There's nothing wrong with Games for Windows Live. People often cite Xbox Live as a positive point for the 360; GFWL is just Live for PCs.
DRM is a reality. It's only an annoyance to people looking to pirate the game anyway. And as mentioned above, it's a temporary hindrance at best, since it's only a matter of time before the game is cracked.
Making games more reasonably priced would, in my opinion, be the best way to curb piracy. How man...
Most (all) of you already own a PC. Dumping the cost of a console in to it would likely get you up and running current games at decent settings. And decent settings on a PC is usually equivalent to console graphics/sound.
Don't underestimate the savings of digital game sales! I've gotten many "AAA" games on Steam, Direct2Drive, Impulse, etc, for well under $10. These are games that are on the shelf for PS3/Xbox 360 at $60+.

The fact that he's autistic, while unfortunate, is completely irrelevant! Didn't hundred of thousands of Live accounts get suspended last year because of hacking and cheating? Was there an article about every mother who had to listen to her kid whine about it? Pretty sure MS didn't target this kid because he has a disability.
Playing this right now. 3 hours in and quite impressed. Graphics are STUNNING, great music, really cool magic and crafting systems, interesting sidequests, decent control in combat... voice acting is not great but not taking away from the experience either.
So happy to have a "next-gen" RPG to play.
And seriously, stunning. Find some HD screenshots of this game maxed out. If I get around to uploading anything on youtube i'll throw up a link...
^^ Doom Chainsaw, first weapon that came to mind when I read the title.
I used to subscribe to Gamecenter and found it to be pretty awesome. Not sure you can do this on the PS3 version, but on PC i used to stream 4 games simultaneously to a bigscreen tv, switching the audio to whichever one I was most interested in. If you're a BIG hockey fan, it's a really great service.
Live games can usually be found online, yes, but the quality is terribad. And it's next to impossible to find replays of previous games, be it yesterday, or a yea...
I love Stone Sour but I moved on from Rock Band 2 years ago. :/
France is where wars are won. Ask anyone.
Seriously, if you don't meet these minimum specs, you can hardly call yourself a PC gamer. I'm disappointed they are aiming so low, tbh.
A dual-core processor?? Zzzomg!
A 4 yr old enthusiast level graphics card?!!
Wtf RAM???!
Way to push the envelope.
