Then your son is a little too big headed. I'm not a kid and I thoroughly enjoy my WiiU. I spend hours on Mario kart, AC4, fifa, 3d world, batman, and a couple of indie games. Nothing "kiddy" about it.
Has anyone read what nintendo said about the visitors to the nintendo eShop? It was something like 90% are adults. More adults and actually "mature" gamers own Wii U than XB1 and PS4. Those two cater more to the casuals than the WiiU does.
Just because a game isn't rated M it doesn't mean it's made strictly for kids. It just doesn't contain a bunch of unnecessary blood and gore and sex. And last I checked more immature 10 year olds play rated M games than adults. The Wii U is for anyone that wants to game and have fun with a large variety of exclusive games. Case closed.
Right let's not buy Ps4 or Xbone either for the exact same cods, AC's, gta's, Forza, halo's, gow, knacks, and gt's that we see every year.
Why are we already talking about next gen? This gen just came out. They're acting like the WiiU is dead.
Oh and where is this terrible frame rate? I've had the game for a year and have had no problems with the frame rate. The community is not dead, I spend a couple of hours a day on the multiplayer and have no trouble getting in to different games.
Hey dips***. Why the hell would we want two zelda games in 1 year? There's a reason they didn't want it to be more like zelda, it's not a freaking zelda game. And you can't call it a failure when it's only real eases in one country, and you bases it off a review from POLYGON. And would you mind putting up your "not so short" list of WiiU "failures?"

A collection of remastered games isn't going to push sales up that far. It'll sell well but most of th people that would buy it already have an XB1.
So many Nintendo haters on this site. Makes me shake my head. Yes they've made a lot of mistakes but that doesn't stop them from making amazing games for WiiU. The Wii U is the most "Hardcore" Platform out there right now. And yes Smash will move units, I've been around lots of sites and keep seeing lots of people saying they're waiting for smash and others to buy a WiiU.

I'm sorry but what failure are we talking about here? The one that's outselling Xbox one? The one with its heaviest hitters still in the pipeline? The Wii U while not a runaway success (yet) is definitely not a failure. I look at the facts and don't make dumb opinions that have nothing to back it up.
Bayonetta 2 was only out for two days, so the sales aren't that bad. But they're definitely not good, I was still expecting a lot more than 38k.
