Me too but even 10 million is still quite a feat in a consoles 1st year.
All I can say is that 2015 is going to be an amazing year for PlayStation. PS4 is already off to an outstanding start and is looking to end it's 1st year with at least 10 million units sold. Then their going to release PlayStation TV which I have a feeling will be a hit among casuals and has the potential to become a fad. Then there's Morpheous bringing VR, which i have no doubt is going to be huge.
It's hard to predict what Nintendo's next move will be hardware wise. They always try something a little different every generation. Nes, gameboy, Power Glove, Virtual Boy, Snes, Game boy color, gameboy advance, N64, Wii, DS, Wii U, 3DS, etc. Just takling a look back at it all even though everything isn't always well received by the public, it will definitely be exciting to see what they reveal.
He was probably playing that Zelda game that Rift made in VR.

Honestly at that price point, this has the potential to be huge. It's basically Sony reintroducing the PS Vita but in a cheaper and more conventional form factor. I do think heading into the future video game streaming is going to be huge and this will lead the charge.
Yeah VR is just to early in the development stages to be competitive. They need to be trying to work together in some capacity to boost relevancy.
I wouldn't say dominated. I thought Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo each had a good showing. Each had their own pros and cons but unlike last E3 where Microsoft put it's foot in it's mouth, and Nintendo was MIA, this time competition felt a lot more balanced.
I never expected it, but I'm actually more excited for Nintendo's conference than Sony and Microsoft. Goes to show you can never count Nintendo out.
Sony had an opportunity for a home run but settled for a punt instead. I really think they should have saved all the tech talk for another conference. I think it's time these companies start to realize that these game consoles are still video game consoles at heart. While features and added tech are a bonus, all people really want to see at events like E3, TGS, etc. are games and more games. Don't get me wrong they did great, but I feel like a lot of the tech and numbers talk was just...
I think the white looks great. Brings me back to those PSone days. I've actually been getting a little tired of every electronic device being black. This stands out more.
I've been saying this for the longest, Sony is working on too many things at once. PS4, PS3, PS Vita, PS Now, PS TV, Project Morpheous. While Microsoft is able to totally focus on Xbox One. Some people may disagree with me but I think almost everything outside of PS4 and Morpheous is just a distraction. Sony needs to drop all this extra crap and focus more on making games for their next gen console.
In my opinion I thought Microsoft conference felt luke-warm at best. It just seemed more like they were completely depending on 3rd parties to hype their console, and their 1st party exclusives were all CG trailers. Games like Witcher 3 and the Division looked great but in all honesty it's hard to get blown away by something that you know is going to be more graphically impressive on another console, even with the timed exclusivity. Considering how much ground they need to make up for I w...
Xbox Four?
Microtransactions have no place on consoles. I understand from a developers point of view it's a extra revenue stream, but what they don't understand is it also has the potential to destroy consoles entirely. I think this is one thing that all console gamers can agree on as most of us have been gaming for a long time. It's one thing to have it on mobile where mostly casuals play, but consoles and PC is where the real gamers game.
It would be nice to get a new Bushido Blade or Onimusha.
This game definitely has my interest. Looks a bit like Legacy of Kain or even Chakan The Forever Man on Sega Genesis ( if your old enough to remember that one. )
Yeah I'm pretty pissed. I'm seriously thinking about contacting ubi soft support and demanding a refund and just downloading a damn torrent. All this always online DRM crap is just in the way.
Gotta love those timed exclusives lol I seriously don't understand how Microsoft tries to count a timed exclusive as an exclusive. When they say they have the most exclusives it's not really true. Exclusive means that the only way I would be able to play this game is to buy an Xbox One, but then the game comes out for PS4 a couple months down the line, possibly with improved visuals and maybe even with new content.
I really am rooting for Nintendo this year. Please don't disappoint.
One thing that's become clear to me is that Sony and Microsoft are running two completely different races and it all boils down to vision. Sony has stayed the course but the minute Microsoft did their 1st 180 I knew it was only a matter of time before they dumped the Kinect. However i think now that they have better leadership, are priced more competitively and an array of good games coming out this year they should be able to make up some ground. The problem is the future of Xbox One is ...
