Microsoft does not want to place the bet of ps users moving over just because COD isn’t there. They’ll receive a little bump which won’t account for the gap of missing ps revenue. Sony doesn’t need to develop a cod killer, they just need a decent alternative and that will be enough to keep most ps players whereas ms will lose out.
