Not so rare on the PC platform. Although it is becoming rarer there as well than it used to be.
Doesn't matter one way or the other. This game looks boring.

The problem is most likely due to some sort of mental illness/instability complicated by stress from things like "bullying" or other life struggles.
Again, no one is forcing you to buy it. And if no one buys them, guess what?? They'll stop charging!

Not sure why this is a problem. If you don't like paying for a mod then don't use it.
I understand everyone wants stuff for free. But if someone else spends their time making something and chooses to sell it I don't see a problem with that seeing as how no one is forced to buy anything.
However, my kids have spent countless hours and love it. I can turn it on for them and in less than 5 minutes I hear endless giggling and laughing.
This isn't a game for adults obviously. But I will promise you that your young children will love this.
The trailer said it was using the game engine. It didn't say it was in game footage. There is a HUGE difference people. I'm sure it'll look great. But even on PC I doubt it will look like that when you're actually playing.
It's a good way to keep fake phishing accounts in check. And I don't know any real person that hasn't spent at least $5 on steam at some point.
I like what I have played of the alpha so far. I love it because its very slow paced and more tactical than a run and gun game like Call of Duty.
Pretty sure the list of GTA games released on PC far out number those that have not. Is there ANY GTA game that hasn't made its way to PC??
Also- I don't know of a single person that plays on PC that didn't expect a release on the PC.
The only game Rockstar had a hand in that I was surprised didn't see a PC release was Red Dead.

I don't think the gamers are any different on either the PC or consoles. Just the limited input options on the consoles tend to limit the in depth type of games that are put on consoles.
Allow a keyboard and mouse to be used on the consoles and you will see how quickly the console only players adapt to the new games being released on the systems.
I like the slower and more tactical gameplay of the Rainbow Six games.
When out-thinking your opponent is just as important as out gunning them I have a lot more fun.
If wanted to just run and gun or sit and snipe I'd just play any CoD game.
The problem is the CPUs in the consoles are very low end by current day standards. The GPUs in them, though midling at best, is still leaps and bounds above the CPUs they added to the consoles. Too bad they didn't just go with standard Intel or AMD CPUs. Even a 4 core-Intel or one of the cheaper Phenom 4-cores from AMD would have been better than the slow hexa-cores they put in the systems.
