Niche is correct. I've seen the video of PS4 version of TW3 and I don't think if it was my only option to play on that I would be upset. It is very "next gen" and the stuff that actually makes the game good (gameplay, story, presentation, etc..) is all there.
Just I HATE PR statements like this. It either means he is telling a lie or they gimped the PC version. Which I doubt is true so he is willfully telling a lie.
You know, not that big a difference... until you want to turn draw distance to max, shadow details to extreme, SSAO/HBAO, AF x16, AAx4 or higher, resolution native at 1080p+, higher fps, stereoscopic 3D, or Ubersampling on. :)
I'm waiting on PC or next gen version. Whichever one comes first. But not for graphics. I just don't own any last gen consoles anymore.

TressFX really made the character model seem more real though. The blowing in the wind or moving as she moved made for a much more cinematic feel.

I really feel that the last game had just the "right" amount of world and the right amount of length of game for it to be about as close to perfect as it could get for my personal tastes.

I usually wait till it is on sale cheap during a steam sale. By then there are usually decent mods out for the game.

I certainly hope it is a joke. But even at that does it warrant an article on a gaming NEWS site? I don't think so. And console only kiddies wouldn't know that this mode is standard on a lot of PC games which is why I explained it.

This is the same "secret" mode that every game EVER uses to make screenshots. Its still all in engine and no cheating or post pic touch ups. And it is no "secret". Down this article please.
It is coming to PC. No worries there. Every major GTA tends to make it to PC sooner or later.
@Frosty- there is nothing they are doing on the Tomb Raider DE version that can't be done on the PC version. They just need an excuse to charge more so they throw in subsurface light scatter, change a few player/weapon skins, take out Physx support, and say give us $60 you console loving kiddies! (I got it ~6 months after it released on steam sale for like $20)

From the video I have watched and the word of mouth friends that have had hands on I think this game will fail harder that Star Wars.
Early access to me implies it isnt a finished product. I've always been under the impression that my early access dollars are basically just kick-starter funds anyway.

I don't understand why everyone thinks this is anything but PC version? It isn't like just about every GTA game hasn't made it to the PC.
I would be more surprised if this game didn't come out for PC than if (when!!!!) it does.
And that menu is obviously a PC menu. Anyone that has played a PC game knows those very familiar and standard options.

Nintendo needs to realize that they are stuck in the past. Gimmicks in gaming rarely sells anymore. The Wii, WiiU, Kinect, and PSMove controllers are all gimmicks at best. It doesn't help sell a console or games. And add that Nintendo's default controllers are these gimmicky things it is a recipe for distaster.
