i was laughing at the last one, everyone must have been so pissed after getting knifed like that.
wow looks like you got the worst of the worst. sorry to hear that.
I havent had any of those problems, although I am on PC version and I started a new game after my first 40, to roll out a new type of character to keep fresh.
Hopefully the patch will fix your issues as this is really an amazing game, only thing i could say now is to try a new game with new character and just do different quests.
if you want to find rewards for caves a and missions, a pure mage kind of loses out on that, so i agree with you there, but any character that uses archery, or swords, or even barehanded will get those rewards in many dungeons.
keep in mind that loot is also scaled to your level, so better items in higher levels.
although maxing smithing and enchanting will ruin that as well as you can make the best equipment for yourself.
my pure mage i u...
you can grind enchanting and smithing very early to 100 to make the game much easier, solution to leveling early would to focus on other trees than those two, or to pick one of the two.
destruction magic, blocking, armor, sneak, archery, one hand, two hand, take longer to level, especially after 50 or so points.
burn lol
two comments on the site say that oblivion had the notched axe as well. Which came out before Minecraft so this is a non story.
ign has many writers and reviewers, some good, some not so much (greg miller being biased is not only example).
not enough people pay attention to the writer, but the site.
its why I always read multiple reviews for sites and authors that I like and relate most to.
i also read details and pay less attention to the score.
i stopped reading greg miller articles when he bashed the 2nd UFC unleashed for being too hard. give me a break, they made it easier than first and too easy if you ask me.
but ya anything ghostbusters and ps3 gives him hard on.
and Prcko for every site that rates uncharted higher than skyrim I can show you another thats the opposite. also the games are so far apart it isnt funny, its why the score system is flawed.
COD would get every game of the year if sales = GOTY
it continues to smash its own sales records it made the previous year. Its the video game industries cash cow.
Loved all 3,
First was great because it was new and well executed and the graphics still stand on its own today.
2nd was great because it improved on everything in the first game, and had a decent multiplayer to keep it interesting. Felt more like summer movie too which was a great thrill ride.
3rd is a great game and only has criticisms due to 2 being so awesome but stands on its own quite well (i am hoping for aiming patch but I adjusted...
why must you compare this to 360?
let this good news stand on its own merits. Uncharted is selling well so we can only hope to see much more from this franchise which is always a good thing.
Fanboyism is such an ugly thing. Way i see it if a ps3 exclusive sells well....great! if an Xbox 360 exclusive sells well....great! If a multiplatform or PC only game sells well.....can you see the pattern here?
after seeing all the posts flagged as trolling, i still wonder why.
good game sells well, whats the problem?
Also I want BOTH gears 3 and uncharted 3 to sell well. Guess i am the minority.
more game sales means more games and bigger budgets, which means we win.
Datnjdom, I agree with you how cod never takes a hit for lack of originality. modern warfare has been selling $60 dlc for five years, yet uncharted AND gears get criticized for it and brought more to table.
Gears got more criticism for same old same old than uncharted 3 did. It really depends on what publications your reading.
Don't make this a console war, system has nothing to do with it.
This 1 of 500 game of the year awards. Do I think gears is contender? Yes but I am 1 person.
I think whats important to note is that we are lucky enough to have more than 5 games that are worthy of goty. In my mind all gamers win.
maybe the FPS is getting overdone but the "shooter" is far from gone.
Look at what Uncharted and Gears of war are doing. Taking a similar formula, switching to third person and doing something different with it. I personally prefer the TPS over FPS at this point.
FPS are here to stay and will be mainstay for quite awhile, especially with the yearly COD breaking records every year.
buy a blizzard game sometime, there are no used blizzard games. If Diablo 3 does end up on consoles I wonder if they will get away with how they sell on PC. They only sell "licenses" which basically is like online pass but for the entire game.
the disk is useless after you put in code on the box.
makes sense bumnut but videogames are not "Physical" property. as in it doesnt depreciate because wear and tear (it does depreciate on demand though). your buying intellectual property which works differently.
your using their program not their disk. the disk is just the means for delivery. someone who buys used will get the same experience as those that buy new.
i do not enjoy season passes either. I rented battlefield 3 to try multi before buyin...
i wouldnt say dark souls is "linear" as much is it resembles metroid and castlevania games with its open world with blocked off parts that eventually open. so its a little bit linear and open at same time.
16 square miles, pretty much oblivion's size.
real life is OP, needs a nerf
Seriously, and the game is much better when you don't abuse smithing enchanting and alchemy.
It's there for people to break game if they want to but it's almost equivalent of using cheat codes.
So don't use cheat codes or game exploits and complain about difficulty or boredom.
