... can ALL of us hardcore gamers agree that Patcher doesn't know what he's talking about already?
His predictions and analysis are damn near embarrassing now.
"Waaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh... .*sniffle*....Waaaaaaaaaaaahhhh h"
Gatchaman is in it. I just hope Jason / Joe the Condor makes the roster :)
... eventhough those exclusives are probably either 1st party games or 3rd party games that have received heavy financial and technical backing from the console makers.
See MGS4 for example. Kojima and company are amazing, but don't think for a second that the MGS4 crew did not benefit from large financial investment from Sony, as well as engineering / dev help from those mysterious white-coat Sony ninjas to help fully optimize the game on PS3 hardware.
I don't ...
because if that is true... Mega-win!
I'll try to look up a quote in the meantime. Thanks for the tip-off.
Edit:
Ok, I found some information about Singstar PS2 Backwards Compatibility with PS3...
http://blog.us.playstation....
I can't find anything definitive though on full BC with all PS3 skus.
And THIS is yet another reason why physical media isn't going bye-bye just yet.
Digital Distribution is the future?
Good luck downloading a Hi-def uncompressed version of your favorite movie, along with the newest next-gen games, and some music. And oh yeah, actually playing online games like CoD, Warhawk, Halo, or KZ - let alone ultra timesinks like LOTRo, WoW, FFXI, and Age of Conan.
You do that, and most likely you're gonna get hit with a FAT t...
You get no heat from me. Although I will say that for FF (or rpg's for that matter), it is the story that matters to me, with gameplay coming in second place.
I love great graphics and everything, but FFVI with the SNES graphics is my favorite RPG...
Crazy villain, Great heroes, Gameplay variation (One character even used StreetFighter II - style joy stick motions to fire off special attacks)... If FFXIII and its off-shoots have cool stuff like that going on... I...
but this gameplay and environments look to be headed in the right direction.
Uncharted borrowed heavily from Tomb Raider and made an incredible game. Now, it looks like Tomb Raider wisely is borrowing back from the additions Uncharted made to this gameplay style and genre.
That can only be a good thing.
I just hope all goes well with this game, so that Tomb Raider and Lara Croft can return to gamedom's hallowed hall of greatness along side the lik...
So you've finally come out to play :)
Haha...
Lesson for you buddy. It's either...
a) Not until you learn to spell.
or
b) Not 'til you learn to spell.
Well, I am best buds with you because of your great personality; not because of your brains. :)
...yet you still hide from me.
And here you are again, crying and whining about your precious 360.
Still having such hurt feelings over Poo Human that you turn to Twinkie-killing Gabe and his side-kick Doug for solace?
Please refute my claim. I'm looking forward to it... ;)
That's why there's no PS3 version coming soon :(
I only hope that he tries to lick the syrup out and electrocutes himself in the process.
Oh sweet Video Game gods from on high, is that really too much to ask?
And I really don't want to hear "Real mature, JoySticks", because this fugly mutant-ass, Cloverfield stunt-dummy named Gabe has the ability to make millions happy, but rather he chooses to ignore the PS3 fanbase or arrange busted por...
That'll be no use to him now. Frickin' Micro$oft's new mascot saw to that.
It'll be like buying that one-armed kid a jump rope. :(
Why couldn't that Gator have just bitten Gabe from Valve? He's eaten so many sweets and cakes that he probably sweats frosting and cream filling.
M$ probably hired the local wildlife to attack PS3 owners. That's the only way M$ can slow down PS3's momentum.
Whether it's stealing exclusives or stealing gamers' arms, Micro$soft just doesn't give a fvck because they're ruthless
How can you Bots back a company like this? :(
Those sons of bythces have no soul.
The only reason they are even considering developing on the PS3 is because Sony is moving so many units that they can't ignore the PS3.
The video game industry surely is a business, when you have doughnut-eating Gabe and friends forgetting what it's like to be a gamer, forgetting that they get to live dream jobs making games for a living, forgetting what it is to have the ability and talents to make others happy.
...
Ok. let's dance, Troll
But before you jump into the ring with me, you must learn some basic English and grammar
This stuff right here...
"sounds like your making it a bis deal of it, so does mine one tiny scratch and i still play it doesnt bother me"
... doesn't cut it.
Besides, you know how it is when you know that new model tv, ipod, iphone, video game console sku, etc is right around the corner...
...
Digital Distribution will not work until way in the future because download speeds are still too slow, too many people still prefer to collect movies (with the cases, disc, etc) and not just movie files, and Bluray leads to uncompressed information that is hard for DD to match.
People who scoffed at Sony by saying that they crippled themselves by including Blu-ray drives in every PS3 driving up the price, were just not forward-thinking enough. And now with the Blu-ray profits ...
Let's dance, XBots
*sinister laugh*
MWaaahahahahahahaaahahaaa >:0
*end sinister laugh*
hehe...
...I don't know if I can resist.
I found the tiniest of scratches in the screen of my PSP just yesterday. It's really not a big deal, but it's still bugging the crap out of me!
And then reports of this show up, with it's pretty screen, and built-in microphone...
I'll probably crack and get one :P
They won't cut your game off in the middle. Comcast will let you keep playing and just charge you CRAZY fees for going over your limit.
They probably, secretly hope you go over the limit just to charge you more money.
Believe it.
