Ninty will unveil some great 1st party titles, no doubt.
But it'b naive to think Ninty will steal the show; with 2 brand new console unveilings & a slew of 3rd party next-gen games.
I'm pretty sure R* will announce the PC version alongside the optimised PS4/Next-Box versions of GTA 5; with intent to release for Xmas or early 2014.
Then again, I could be totally wrong!

Chinatown Wars on the DS sold worse than both GTA Liberty & Vice City Stories on the PSP (despite the DS's much larger install base).
So I wouldn't be so positive that the Wii U will be getting a GTA title. R* knows where their fans are at.

2013 was supposed to be the year for Wii U to clear up in sales. They were the only 'next-gen' console on the market & since the initial success at launch, sales have been pretty abysmal.
This was a massive year for 3rd parties; games like Bioshock, GTA, Tomb Raider, Crysis & MGS, all deciding to pass on the U. Even it's biggest 3rd party publisher, Ubisoft, have started to edge away from the console.
Sonic was huge in the early 90's, endorsements, kids shows...the full shebang. Look at him now.
Unfortunately the current gen GTA's don't share the same 'universe' as the PS2 iterations. (with the exception of Lazlow & in-game products like Sprunk(lol))

Remedy own the rights to the series; they should shop around with publishers & hopefully it will get a day 1 multiplatform release.
They wouldn't delay the game any further when the next gen-consoles are so close to release.
GTA 5 & TLOU are a hell of a sendoff!
People tend to forget that Rockstar had to work from scratch with GTA 4;
They had to build a revolutionary multiplatform graphics engine for the (at the time brand new) 360 & PS3, modernize the gameplay/controls, develop a new cast of characters/story (as it's set in a different universe to the PS2 GTA series) & thats just the tip of the iceberg when it came to development hurdles.
