I am wondering if they will make a next gen version. If the ps4 sells really well, and it is and will continue to do so, it would b nice to see a ps4 version released at some point next yr. Would love to stream or watch gameplay, share videos etc. Would also love to see what it could look like.
Also...must keep ps4 until I can stream pc content.
It just means ur cable provider and I don't think anyone thought microsoft was gonna provide free cable to everyone.
So most ppl thought that u could simply run ur cable cord through it. Doesnt bother me. I think what they have done is quite amazing. I am sure that as time goes on and they r able to work with the providers, more features will b added. I imagine that to replace the box, it would b bigger and cost more. Maybe they simply buy time warner and provide cable service too. Does this feature work outside the US though. Its impressive what they have done for sure. I still bought a ps4 but it is entic...
I am thankful to have my family together, especially my cousin and uncle who have been overseas for awhile. And I am thankful for my ps4. The kids love the playroom! Also thankful for my job...even if its the cause of most the stress in my life.

No offense...everyone will probably hate my comment too but does anyone think that they were serious with this...that whoever penned this has 10 women in his life that knit? When I read it, I took it as kinda a joke. While I know a few girl gamers and a couple hardcore gamers, most of my friends online and off r in this type of situation. They love to play video games...a lot...and always catch flak from their girlfriend or wife for playing too much. Now...they do play too much just as I do.....
Thats 8/10 bought CoD. I wonder how many r $10 upgrades. If 3 million bought on ps3...I can't imagine 8/10 bought full retail copies.
If theu r gonna do it...make it free to play. Dont charge $60 and then add grinding. Believe me, we know when its normal grinding and when they slow progress on purpose.
There is a catch 22. Yeah...used games send profits to companies like Gamestop and private owners instead of straight to the publishing company. This may seem to hurt sales initially. But, not everyone is like n4g readers buying new games and consoles at launch. I was at Gamestop yesterday and some kid was buying a network adapter for the PS2. It allows gaming to grow...for those who can't always afford new games to make the industry more popular. Its good for hardcore gamers that play A ...
It is the ps3 b/c of HD. It isn't even so much the tech today as the limitations. Don't get me wrong though, while the jump isn't huge with the ps4...its gonna b less and less about graphical prowess and more about the experience...ie. loading times...other apps etc. The ps4 is so quick and smooth that its just so much less frustrating to do all those things we have become accustomed to doing. But playing B4, AC4, Killzone and NBA 2k14 in stunning 1080 isn't too shabby either....
Good. Waiting on ps4 isn't really a bother...though I must say screw u EA for jumping ship...anyway with Killzone, CoD, B4, AC4 etc. on this gorgeous console...it will be awhile before I need dlc maps for anything.
I don't like the word shaky....maybe slow...but I don't agree with that either. Every game is much better looking and a better experience than its last gen counterpart. Killzone and resogun r amazing games. Yeah...its missing some features but they r coming and I am glad they didn't wait for them. And cinsidering what there has been to play on previous launches...I am in heaven. B4, CoD, and Killzone multi will keep me busy for awhile. NBA 2k14 is stunning and resogun is a blast. ...

No. What would most ppl b playing right now anyway. If u bought a new console its b/c u r investing in the future. The perks r that u get a better experience while playing the best looking versions of current games. U get a great controller and u even get a frw good games u can't play otherwise. U would be playing all these games anyway at this time of yr.
There's one thing a lot of naysayers don't mention...just how awesome it is to play with 4 or 5 of ur friends on the new ps4. Yeah there may not b a ton of launch games but no one can deny how great it is to party chat with a bunch of friends playing the best versions of CoD, B4, Killzone and NBA 2k14. Its worth the money. The controller is amazing and the whole experience is silky smooth.
There is reason to b worried. We don't to see another rrod or ylod issue that affects a ton of ppl...for r sake and the company's sake. That being said...their are always launch issues...especially now with todays tech. I am not sure about Sony...but I know MS would hav loved to hav had more time before release. I am guessin the same for Sony. Though I think they purposely pushed hard and fast to get it out quickly...promising to add a ton of features later on.
I got 2 days to decide if I want my xbox one. I pre ordered it and paid it off but I got a ps4 in the meantime and I am happy with it. The question is...do I really want a $500 enteetainment hub right now that I won't play games on til titanfall probably. Dont get me wrong...I love all the cool geeky features that I believe will change the way ppl interact with their livingroom devices, similar to the iphone with cell phones, but do I need it tomorrow?
Playin nba 2k14...its unreal and definitely looks next gen. Cant wait to see it in a couple yrs...wow. was playin cod and ac4 and now can't stop playin nba. So damn realistic

It would be the last time I shopped there if I was a regular customer and pre ordered a ps4 and then they didn't have it. It woukdnt b the end of the world as I am sure I would have it soon...but I would start giving my business to someone else.
