That is how it would happen. But I feel like once the games start rolling, the advantage will b more and more playstation, exclusives and multi.

But u can never say never b/c u dont know what a company might do. Who knows...maybe xbox gets league of legends or DOTA 2.

As long as it contains more content and stuff to do with the awesome powers...then I am down.

I just hate that one of the most gorgeous sandboxes ever made, with astonishing powers to boot, gives u almost next to nothing to do.

I agree. It does make sense and may be a good thing. Recently Levine went small, cliffy went small, bowling is making a new game.

It isnt indies being hit. Its high profile, AAA studios being hit. Its an industry wide movement. Sony may simply be cutting the fat....looking to operate on a smaller scale. AAA titles are a dying breed and ppl are going to stop paying $60 for an experience that lasts only a few hours.

With the popularity of f2p games like DCUO,...

Lol.

But did we think it would? I guess its everywhere now. Its crazy how so many games, especially mmos have been destroyed by it.

But its the nature of the industry. More games, more competition, and thus the need for games to siphon revenue from a core group of gamers.

I almost dont want to play it. These 3 games make up the best video game experience of my life. Unfortunately, I hold every other game up to it. While many scratch an itch, Bioshock is the only one that fulfilled all my gaming wants...though Infinite less so in some areas and more so in others. Overall, Bioshock 2 was my favorite...but 1 left the most lasting impression b/c I had never experienced anything like it.

So, this is it. And while there are many games on the horizo...

Its very odd. On the back of a successful launch of the ps4, increased vita sales and new VR tech, everyone is leaving.

3 possibilities exist. Coincidence...which isnt true. Everyone is moving on after a few hard years in which it all seemed to work out pretty well....like they held on to see next gen launch through and r now moving on to new things. Or...something is very wrong and we r not cued in.

I tend to think the 2nd simply b/c . I believe we would h...

It isnt broken. Its the epitome of technically perfect. But thats not the issue. Its also a reflection of whats wrong with AAA games today and why Indies r so popular now. Gamers are tired of easy, on rails eye candy.

We have one of the greatest sandboxes ever made, full of gorgeous assets, a superhero and some of the best powers we have ever seen. But whats done with it is....ehhhh!

Arkham Knight finalky looks like the perfect super hero game...an entire c...

The stealth focus shouldnt be too bad b/c Infinite should have gone more in that direction. To me, what separated Infinite from Bioshock 1 and 2 (other than the inability to save anywhere...c'mon man), was its overuse of simplistic shooting like it was a stylized CoD (which may have been on purpose). What I loved about the first two is that u almost always had a stealth mindset. Avoid where u could. In the meantime u would gather and set yourself up for what u knew would be one hell of a ...

Sub is always better than f2p...but I do like the free to level 20 or so like a demo. But of its f2p like son many want for ESO, it will be ruined by a gazillion microtransactions and segregated by those who r willing to shell out hundreds a month and those who r not.

I dont even mind the size of the world. I would prefer a smaller detailed world with a lot going on.

I would love a super hero game in which it takes place over a year...a journey to choose who u want to become. There is a main story but many side quests. The choices are greyed and u dont really know until the end just what ur choices have made u. Superman had some VERY hard choices to make. Some of the choices in the original infamous were done well but I hate blue and red....

Exactly. This is my issue with so many open world games today like far cry and AC. Theres shallow character progression thats always story based and someone needs to end this zone gameplay for good. Clear this area and then clear that area.

There really is no true side quests...making the game quite short. I would LOVE a super hero game in which u take a journey becoming a great super hero...leveling up etc.

That being said, it is stunning and the gameplay is...

9 is just what I would give it. It does what it is supposed to at this point in the new console's life. It shows off its capabilities while continuing the story and gameplay that we loved from Infamous.

You cant fault it for being a better playing better looking version of its last gen counterparts. Does it have depth? No. But few open world games do anymore...and its sad.

Heres to hoping they do another one and add some complexity to one of the best play...

Wow!! Brilliant idea. Seriously. Everyone has regenerating health, and a particular super power...and u have teams. Maybe if u work together or accomplish a task, u r able to steal someone's super powers for a period of time.

AT THE VER LEAST...and it is so rarely done, a Resistance 2 style co op would be brilliant. U have teams of 2-6 players with different roles like tank, healer, dps. And there are also skill tress that u eventually unlock. There could be gear drops to...

I dont mind photos realism in this game. Its like what it would be like to have this happen to you in a real city. Theres plenty of super hero comic style games. I understand that that is what infamous 1 & 2 aimed for but this $#!/ is gorgeous. Unbelievable...and glad I bought a ps4.

I definitely get my fill of comic super heroes in DCUO, which is also fantastic on the ps4.

Yeah...capable means that something is able to do something. If u cant do it, then u r not capable.

Its a case by case basis. Believe me, if xbone was capable of running titanfall at 1080p and 60 fps, it would do so. But it isnt.

I do agree that frame rate is very important. It doesnt matter how good something looks if its framerate sucks.

Theres so many that its hard to keep count. Resident evil could use a reboot.

Maybe CoD needs a reboot. Just call it Call of Duty. Go back to WW2 and with the next gen, create an amazing in ur face fps with emotion etc.

For multiplayer...theres gotta be something that can mix it up but also offer the same instant rush. I am putting my faith in Treyarch. They will have like 3-4 yrs to make a truly amazing game. Atleast zombies will be awesome come November 201...

If there were ever a series that needed a next gen reboot, its Resident Evil. Start Fresh. With new tech, they can redeem themselves with insane immersion and real survival horror.

It has everything u could want in a game...almost. its gorgeous, open world, u r a super hero with amazing powers etc. But, it is lacking some depth...similar to many AAA titles recently. Its quite easy, the choices r made before u even start the game b/c u akready know which playthrough u r doing. Maybe have decisions but u dont know which they are until after u choose. Add some startegy to choice and weapons or combat. And if u want every power maxed, simply gather the few shards that exist...

Its for the living room and large screen TVs. But, many games r adding keyboard and mouse for the PS4.

I think the issue is simple. We have much less control with our thumbs than we do our entire hands. Thus, much more control over precise movement with a mouse than a trackback that we control with one right AND one left thumb.
