On Amazon you get 12 months of LIVE, so it seems retailers are adding an extra bonus on top of the 329$ + 2 games offer. Does Sony stand a chance this Holiday?

I would rather an apology and reassurances that this won't happen again. That Ubi would have robust quality assurance and make sure the game works, with reasonable review emabrgoes.

I said on here a while ago that the visuals will never match the E3 gameplay... Just like Watch Dogs. That was shot down. Upon release I still maintain that it didn't. The character models up close and all the movements were never as crisp.
Now it may be even worse? Why release the game Ubi? Hopefully people avoid this franchise from now on, and wait to pick the game up. If not then the cycle will continue.
The last patch for AC: Unity will be out the same day as the next game... Nov 2015. Review embargo will be on the lunch time of release again.

Some people have small entertainment systems, others want small technology, with smaller iterations... like shruken down consoles 5 years into the life span. Its personal taste.
Once something can be small and still performs the same or better, makes a big difference to some. I like smaller tech that does the same or more. Some don't.
I think game development reaches a point of saturation where no matter how much people you throw at it, how big the team is, and/or how much money is spent, it still doesn't translate to quality.
There is no substitute for time.
When you think of games below $30 (indies) they offer amazing experiences, variety and most of all a finished product. I stopped gettin AC after the second one as I saw no major improvement. That's just my opinion.

After reading the full article, the fact is that the PS4 version is better in this test.
If you don't like it fine, but don't downplay them because of your opinion. You chose your machine, buy it on that machine. Not need to lash out or bash another device. You only need to justify your purchase to yourself.

Sony will not lower the price of the PS4 in 2015. Once their market dominance remains, Sony will continue to push "The best place to Play"... as they have the one up on performance, mindshare, and exclusive line up in 2015. UC4 will be the biggest selling Uncharted, and I think Sony will do a "Master Thief" collection to get people in the mood for Drake. ND is still a small studio though, and they are potentially already working on TLOU2.

The recent network issues (pre firmware 2.0) has been because of the Lizard Squared DDOS attacks, and not the network itself.
The recent Destiny issues were again as a result of this, and not fault's of Sony's or Bungie.
Yes they need to buff things up to secure aganist this, but the network itself is actually okay.
I think MS doesn't want the spotlight to be all Playstation around Decemeber time... especially with the momentum they habve this holiday season. With the Game awards, potential announcements of new Sony IPs and trailers, the talk will be mostly Playstation. Great PR and marketing move from MS.

Wait.. wasn't gamespot the ones that showed a PS3 version of a game and claimed it to be the 360 version... and coined it the better version? This was some time ago now though... I could be wrong.

The PS3 had way more games than the 360, and the PS4 has way more games than the X1. Go read, research, get some knowledge and then come back.
