How can it be a leap in graphics when the game is still 11 months away. It's not all about graphics, it's the game play tweaks and additions to animations and combat.
PS3 gamers were spoiled by UC2, God of War, Heavy Rain, Beyond etc... Exclusives which looked incredible. This game will look great, play great, and have an amazing story. Its beta gameplay. Imagine the finished product?

The meele system is better, the animations of disarming enemies, climbing/platforming is tweaked... What will be different in your eyes? Grapple, a pick to climb?

Microsoft would rather throw money at buying third parties or content that actually invest in game development and their own studios. This was evident since the 360 era. They pushed the same 4 franchises, cyling 2 every two years... Gears and Forza, Fables and Halo. This billion or more which MS ivested on gaming with the X1... How much was Kinect and marketing third parties? And buying Gears and TR?

Third party exclusives are bad unless the following:
1) The game would not be made other wise, i.e. Pulished by MS or Sony or they invested some how.
2) A new IP, not being developed for the other platforms.
In the case of TR and and TF we know that these BOTH had PS4 development. The money hatting actually stopped or stalled development. That does not help the Industry in any way as it brings the game to half the demographic, making it...
