Best looking racing game I've seen. It plays well too. Not too much sim or too much arcade. Just right. Shame about the online launch issues.

Yes exactly. People may disagree for the sake of fanboyism, but it's true. What the next step for the rest of the year? Keep the price lower, keep the bundles? MS can afford to due to their OS monopoly. If MS price matched the PS4 with bundles, I think they still would have lost. Its the deeper cut plus the add ons.
Sony doesn't need a price move move yet, especially with the array of games in 2015.

Your argument is flawed. The 360 has a bigger instsall base in the US.That's why games on NPD reflect this. Also the big shooters all have marketing deals with MS. In Europe it's completely different. Games sell more on PS. When will people like you learn than the US doesn't equal the world? Ms does well in 2 countries and that's it.

Looks so good! I wish I had a shot at the demo. I like the high recoil I've seen on the guns in the videos. Would like to feel it though.
Give me frame stability with good graphics on either platform. I could care less about frames. Resolution and performance are important though... especially on big screens.

The thing is the game's single player campaign is good, with goregous graphics, lighting, physics and gameplay overall. The crucial and advertised part of the game.. CLUBS.. still has issues. This is not good. I have never seen a first party title from Sony release in this way. The game should be pushed back again. Imagine this was already delayed a full year and still the game doesn't work online.

The only reason MS announced that they were publishing RTR was because of the backlash from SFV. This was to steal headlines that they too have a third party exclusive.

If the game wasn't alive why would every developer say it still is? With studios confirming that development is still in progress? It makes no sense and will do more harm than good in the long term.
I think their original vision for the game was too big for the PS3. Unfortunately Sony announced the game too early only to realise the hardware coudn't handle the scope.
I think we will hear from this game again when it's ready to go Gold. No point showing or announcing anything again. Just tell us it's still alive. I can't imgaine the resources invested into this over the years. I mean can the game make it's money back? Can it live up to expectation?
