Actually, the MGS4 paragraph is two sentences. I think the author got the comma and period keys mixed up.
The list covers games already released, not games that are in production. Otherwise none of these games would be on this list, except maybe Killzone 2.
And soon there wil be screams of bias from the 360 fanboys and statements of how the list is bullshit and from the PS3 side there will be cries of, "No sh1t, we knew the PS3 was the best already!"
People will twist this however they see fit, but the list is fairly accurate in my opinion, but you could debate the graphical quality of a lot of games and say they are the best.
Kind of like how you and other 360 fanboys think you know better how to run Sony and they absolutely need to drop the PS3 price?

Possibly, or more likely they are waiting until TGS to announce it. I think it's possible that it will be this year, probably late November or early December, it's just that they haven't finalized it because Sony let's them keep working until they are done perfecting it. I think this time Sony might put a little pressure on Polyphony to finish in time for the Holiday season.
Why would they announce it at E3? Wouldn't they be more likely to announce it at TGS, you know, that crazy place where the game is being made and will have a bigger impact than it would at E3. Sony's show had too much going on at E3, GT5 would have over-shadowed everything else at the conference, except maybe TLG. If it does come this year, and I think it will, it will probably be announced at TGS.

While I'm not going to read the article, I can say that there are things that could have been done to improve the MGS story. The story is very deep and it is a good story, however some of the story is redundant and some things are just not needed. Prototype's ok, depending on what you like. If you need a game to be gory just to enjoy it, then you will like it. If you need a game to have a good story, you probably won't like it. The platforming and free running parts are all done for you by the game you just hold down a button and the game automatically takes over.
