Then the title of the article makes no sense and is only there for the hits.
could? The beta is out. Its excellent. 10/10.
have you seen the calculator video or the ffx theme video? Wow!
"If we want" means that the controls are not set in stone and the option to change them is still there if there was a problem. Personally the game controls great and i cant imagine how they could change it up to be any better. And its strictly a personal feeling of his own that the controls are annoying. Ive not heard anyone complain.
You cant fathom how great this game is.
It means nothing considering im in the littlebigplanet beta and i can already tell you it will get all my free time for a good long while when the game is released.

"Wouldn't it be nice if the PS3 was filled with components that actually cost $400? "
They have been selling the console at a loss from the get go. They are trying to get profitable by holding the price and cutting the cost of production and material. A price cut will come when its absolutely necessary.
trolls wouldnt understand what its talking about and those who do understand know its nothing worth commenting on. And cutting costs on a product without having a negative effect is always good no matter what company does it.
it doesnt impress me and its codec range is lacking. its going to have to get divx cert or go open source to compete. The button layout it terrible for gaming if they have any intentions of that. but i hope it comes out. It has some features that if popular enough sony has to look into beefing up the psp firmware. competition has its advantages.
one is a multimedia cell phone. the other a portable gaming device. what is the point of comparing two dissimilar products
notice app store, mp3 playback, web browsing, i could go on...didnt make it on your propaganda picture. Of course that would make your picture look stupid. Im no apple fan. dont even have an iphone. I messed around with one and have some friends who have one. Gotta say its pretty sweet despite its flaws.
look how crappy articles are now. people will say anything to get hits and you dont require any degree or credentials to write. any hack can puke up some sentences, give it a flaming title, and put it on a blog which has mysteriously been lumped into the category of news. I am terrified of what we will be reading in 10 years time.
i have moved on from the nostalgia games.
im not a ds fan but i love the new features. Im excited that nintendo is raising the bar and hopefully that will make sony sweeten the pot.
I hope the ds has an opera browser with flash 9 that causes sony to finally update the psp browser. I also hope the ds gets some kind of homebrew app store that causes sony to do the same. competition can be good for everyone.
shysun:
so i guess all this excitement over the littlebigplanet beta is so people can try out its lag and bugs. Or i suppose people are excited for a cod5 beta to try out its lag and bugs. Um no. People want to play the freakin game regardless of problems. You think the sole purpose for having a beta is to work out problems? You dont think there is any advertising involved in the process? None? Activision wont benefit one bit from this beta? How about littlebigplanet? No benefit to this...
elaborate.
your attitude sucks and there is rumor of the game still getting an open demo. even still the game is going to be fantastic whether you get in the beta or not.
between littlebigplanet, socom, resistance 2, and motorstorm im going to have to wait on fallout 3. by that time they will have dlc in a game of the year edition. That is if fallout actually is the game of the year. Then again those 4 games may carry me all the way to killzone 2.
Playing the game is still playing the game. Whether its beta or demo letting people sample your game has the same result. Putting the beta exclusively on one console will piss off people and possibly cost you a sale by making the other console owners feel snubbed.
you can access resistance 2 by preorder or qore. you can get in little big planet if you pay attention to who is giving away the code. They havent released any details on how to get in the killzone beta yet.
the cool thing is people can send their items to other people over the psn or offer them as a reward for completing a level.
