konami doesnt show any alegance to one brand or another. they are a business whos interested in making money. what they are saying is right. there isnt one console blowing the other consoles out of the water like the ps2 did. and if you want to be technical about winners and losers, theres only one winner and the wii has sold more consoles in less time than 360. so your console is losing too, but you couldnt miss a chance to take a shot at sony could you.

um,no. 2k made it. 2k published it. they can put it on whatever console they want. but no one cares because if you wanted to play it you already did on your pc. and it has hardly any replay value whatsoever. its old news now and there are already new games out that are more fun to play with massive replay value.
frivolous lawsuit alert. call me crazy, but doesnt technology always get updated. this is not lawsuit worthy and youd be better off buying another bluray player than paying for a lawyer only to get your a$$ handed to you. plus the fact that a ps3 can be updated via firmware to 1.1 so sony offered you a bluray model that cant be outdated. you passed up on it if you bought a standalone player. oh and your tv,car,mp3 player,computer,and toaster will all be outdated before long too.
only people with hd tvs buy stand alone players. whats the point in a bluray or hddvd player without an hd tv. but a ps3 bd player is useful for gaming on any tv. so people with ps3s and sd tvs obviously wont buy bluray movies now, but when they buy an hd tv they will already have the bluray player. something to think about.

Thats great if it does come out for ps3. It is a good game. But its like Lost Planet. They missed their window. I'm over it and I will really be over it when they actually get it on the shelf. It will just take a backseat to all the great games coming out in 2008.
its not a matter of being stupid or ignorant. sometimes you just cant get it done and the backlash wasnt sony's fault. stupid rumors, malicious fake information, and the anticipation of the xmb fulfilling its potential escalated this enormous negative response. I think even if they had some form of in game xmb people would find something to complain about.
to some extent i think sony wanted to release ingame xmb with 2.0. but it just probably needs more testing to refine it. I mean by this response he acknowledges that we want it and that they are working on it. So its just a matter of time. And yes sometimes you do a bit of waiting with the ps3, but its not like i dont have games and things to do on it in the meantime.
you can stream divx with tversity to your ps3 from your pc. Sometimes you get the corrupt icon but thats just because the ps3 doesnt have a long connect time. If the pc doesnt respond to the ps3 fast enough it will call the file corrupt. Keep trying the file and the pc will connect quick enough and it will play.
these features are better than some of the ones they hyped. One of the things that noone seems to appreciate is the web browser. thats something the 360 doesnt have and something i use daily. A flash update for the browser is more valuable to me than custom music.

i think what people mean when they say ingame xmb is a way to access their buddylist to send out invites and message while in game. its not like people really want to browse some photos or watch a video during a game of Warhawk.
i was slightly dissappointed that in game xmb isnt in 2.0. but i understand that you have to have the memory available to do those features and the memory footprint for the ps3 just isnt there yet.
But i am confident it will be eventually becasue they have already demonstrated in game xmb at some game expos. And i dont blame sony for anything. They are progressivly improving the xmb with every update. I mean it plays games and thats the main thing i bought it for. everything else is a...
well that is an impressive amount of consoles to sell. Halo did move some consoles. If you look at the previous month, halo caused a 300k console increase. thats your big seller. The ace up MS sleeve. Their load is blown. Im not the least worried about Sony recovering. Since this console war has at least 4-7 years left. whats one good month? Sony will have months like that too.
