everyone screws over australia not just the gaming industry. and to the point of the article about games not needing the bluray. well i would like to note this is not an exclusive game so if it was too big for a dvd there would be no way to put it on dvd for the 360 unless you went to two or more discs. and if this game is so bad-ass being just the size of a dvd, imagine what it could be if they used up a blurray. so im saying the dvd format is holding back games getting to the next gen level...
well it depends. if its in zip format youll have to download it with a pc and unzip it first. if its not zipped then you can download it with the ps3. but i think you have to download it to a memory device (usb drive or memory stick.) if you have the booklet for the game it has instructions for importing from a memory device.

well considering the console is twice as much and the games are $10.00 more. its probably not hard. its about like saying halo 3 made more money than the top crossing movie this year. its a 60.00 game versus a 9 dollar movie ticket.
regardless of a game being exclusive or not. wouldnt they want to hire someone that is familiar with both systems so he/she can do more than just work on a ps3 game. this indicates nothing. but i guess since mgs4 was confirmed exclusive the other day once and for all, there needs to be a new exclusive-in-question rumor.

i would think that the dvd read speed on a hddvd drive would be of concern. im not sure what the current dvd read speed is on bluray and hddvd. is it up to par with the 360's current read speed?

and the wii has wii play or something like that.

yeah penny arcade just made themselves look like d!ckheads. and usb thumbdrives are an acceptable way to transfer mods. as a matter of fact a usb thumbdrive will probably be more commonly used than a memory stick since usb is a standard feature on every computer and memory stick drives are not. and if you have a memory stick, the odds are its for your psp, which also can be used to transfer data to your ps3. no hacks required. and lay off the mods not working 100%. i cant think of a single pc...

i was refering to at the time he had the 80gb listed as not having backwards compatability. all 80gb have that. only the 40gb doesnt. which i checked the article again and he fixed it.

i agree that server lists can lead to rank up rooms and glitch rooms. however if you regulate that stuff like incognito does it wont matter.
