remember when ubisoft was great at making games. They have become so mediocre. they have innovative ideas but just cant seem to bring it out in their games. How do you mess up a game like assassins creed?
casual gamers dont give a crap about game expos. Casual gamers dont sit there at work and refresh the live blog for all three presentations. Casual gamers dont go crazy about games. So when 2 of the 3 companies were geared towards casual gamers, what do you expect.
Im not going to get excited about anything nintendo does these days or microsofts attempt to get nintendos customers.
if you rent it from an online game place then you get it in the mail and return it when you are done. like netflix or gamefly.
oblivion had some sweet mods on the pc. Plus pc games are free.
once sales start to fall off, they will release the GOTY edition to all consoles and then it wont matter. Sometimes DLC isnt really that big of a deal. I held on to Oblivion so i could get shivering isle when it finally came out. Id played so much of oblivion that i got bored with it and i didnt care to play shiving isle. More new games had come out. Its like the gta4 DLC. Ive already sold my gta4 back to gamestop. Some games you play for a long while and then you hit that wall and you dont e...
games get better as the years progress. xbox is on its 3rd generation of games, sony is on its second generation. compare the games from xbox first year to sonys first year and so on to be fair.
it is want. not wan't.
I just want a web browser with up to date flash and smaller more transparent alerts for friends and messages.
in game web browsing is good for having a faq up and switching back and forth to read it.
then sell your ps3 and stop whining. and when the 360 gets the ability to install game data to the hard drive to make loading faster in the next update and you decide to utilize that option, realizing the benefit, remember youre a hypocrite.
And learn how to manage data on your hard drive. How pathetic can you be that you cant uninstall some games you dont play, or delete your demos you dont play. Its in the store for a reason, you can get it again.
I never heard anyone complain ...
sony seemed to offer more to look forward too.
to get people to notice that square is on the 360 now too. most people associate sony and square.
you must be smoking crack. playstations first party titles are some of the best out there. try resistance, motorstorm, warhawk, sony's sports titles, uncharted, heavenly sword, folklore, a number of the psn titles.
lets not forget the first part titles to come, resistance and motorstorm 2, killzone 2, littlebigplanet, uncharted 2, socom, grand turismo, another twisted metal, another god of war, the mmos coming from soe, and the future psn games.
There is only a handful of great th...
there never was loyalty. just money and greed.
another wii sports, another device to enhance the motion sensing, a device that lets you talk to other people, and a game that lets you simulate playing an instrument.
I N N O V A T I V E!!!
yeah, putting a dvd drive in their system. (sarcasm)
its not talking about tropys. its an article about home and avatars. read it stupid.
what a misleading title. clearly the article is refering to the difference between home and avatars. here is the actual quote for those who wont read the article.
After Microsoft claimed that the introduction of Xbox Live avatars was a much fresher approach than the competition, Sony said Wednesday that Home is on track and trying to copy others is not its plan for the PlayStation 3.
“I don’t know enough about Microsoft’s avatars. I think we’re going in a bit of a di...
stop whining about it and enjoy the play tv that will probably never come out in the united states.
no its not a rip off. they took the concept and implemented them much better than nintendo did.
They took the casual gamer kid friendly look and combined it with serious gamer features like the 8 person party feature.
And as im hearing they left the gamer pic for those who dont like the avatar system.
Its not a rip-off when its something that people are going to expect their console to offer. Like online services, hard drives, and movie stores.
