Well, it'll look amazing on PC (especially with HBAO+ and TXAA), but on console I'm not so sure. 900p and 720p are a joke. 30fps is an even bigger joke.
They had to downgrade it because the PS4 and Xbox One weren't powerful enough to run it properly.

I have a PS4 but I'll be getting this on PC to play at 2560x1600 60fps. That's almost four times the pixels, and double the framerate. Don't forget HBAO+ and TXAA.
I honestly regret getting a PS4 because it's just sitting there gathering dust.
A PS3 could run this at 1080p 60fps... if you turn the settings down, which is what they've done here
