Heres a review of COD4 if it was a PS3 exclusive.
-Short Single Player Campaign.
-No Coop
-Story not as good as BioShock
-Multiplayer is not as good as Halo 3.
-Scripted as hell.
-Dumb/scripted enemy AI
-Not based in WWII.

I am not talking about Heavenly Sword's combat. I am talking about graphics. Anyone who has played it knows Heavenly Sword had amazing graphics and art style. The combat was alright & the game was short, but it wasn't a bad game by no means, infact it was a pretty good game & in my opinion graphics were better then NG and DMC4. Heavenly Sword had scale which both games lacked.

I don't remember Haze being hyped. It was hyped when it was initially announced as PS3 exclusive and bla bla, but after a few thousand delays I doubt anyone was hyping it. Infact even the media was bashing it for bugs and etc. I don't know why people say Haze was ever hyped. There were similarities in Haze and Halo 3, like the outfit and name etc. but thats was all.
I am pretty sure, Killzone 2 hype is no way near that of Halo 3. Yet I don't remember reading any article claiming that Halo 3's hype is off the charts. Infact people were anticipating that the videos of Halo 3 shown so far does not show the real graphics and when the game will be released everyone will be blown away. Yeah everyone was blown away alright with how it was comparable to Halo 2 on original xbox :|

It looks good, but it isn't like OMG the best looking game ever. It looks alot like DMC4. You can't really compare to Killzone 2 as its a totally different genre. But compared to DMC4 it looks great but i am not sure, how it stacks up against Heavenly Sword or God of War 3.

Nice, the detail on the glove looked nice, although the graphics can't be judged on that low-res, shaky footage, lets see, we don't have to wait too long to find out.
Funny nobody is mentioning MSFT is doomed because of Banjo, while Sony is doomed because LBP only sold a million or two (I know I will get a lot of disagrees).

No they aren't like SE, SE hasn't been quite on FF-XIII front. There has been videos from time to time, although they have a different approach, they show it behind closed doors, so that people who are the potentials buyers don't see it.
As far as SE is concerned, the way they have produced titles so far and how they have behaved, they can keep there game to themselves, I don't want it.
its been soo damn long. I am not annoyed at the development time, I understand that, but the media blackout is the one thing I hate the most. The lightening in Killzone 2 is simply untouchable & the animations are only rivaled by Uncharted. That said RE5 is a pretty good looking game, I played the demo on 360 & I have seen every video of Killzone 2 ever released & in my opinion RE5 doesn't even come close to what Killzone 2 is doing in graphics department. GTA4 had the best story in GTA series but stating it as the best writing in videogames history is fools imagination or guy hasn't played a lot of games.
I thought Uncharted twist was very well done & it brought a refreshing change to the overall gameplay. Plus it kicked the intensity a notch or two. People who have played Uncharted will know what I am talking about.
I think Halo had the best implementation of vehicles in a videogames uptil now. I haven't played COD5 so I am not sure how it works, but Halo 3 driving was way better than Gears 1 & 2.

Mate no offense, but I played the demo on my 360. It is no way near comparable to Killzone 2. Not saying it doesn't look good. It looks great, but from what I have seen it doesn't even surpass MGS4. I literally hate it when developers does that. If you have something running just show it. A single pic wouldn't hurt, considering the game has been in development for years now & we know its running well from the trailer from last year. By the way all the footage released is from the pc version, it will be interesting to see how the 360 version stacks up.
Nobody Hypes a game that nobody knows about. Hype is based on a couple of things the developers (Like we know anything a proven developer will make, it will be awesome, not in all cases but still) and graphics. If a game looks amazing people will be interested, gameplay comes at the last stage, because one can only judge gameplay when he/she plays himself.
