I would put MGS4 on top before Killzone 2. My list would probably be
1). MGS4
2). Killzone 2
3). LBP
4). Uncharted
5). Ratchet & Clank
I haven't played VC, I have heard its amazing, it just isn't my genre. R1 would be 6.
Song simply dropped the ball big time with Socom Confrontation. This had all the potential to be an Ace game, it should've been delayed for a few months just to get all the issues fixed after the horrible beta. But again Sony was really stacked up with exclusives in the later part of 2008, this game was just a missed opportunity.
Thats what I said earlier as well, ads like these cause nothing but false perception that RE5 is a 360 exclusive.
I saw the first ad of RE5 today, I am in Australia by the way and there was a funny thing at the end of the ad. Red XBox360 exclusive RE5 and my housemate sitting along side me asked oh nice looking game, is it coming to 360 only & that got me thinking, this was the same case with Fallout 3 ads. I may be thinking wrong but ad like these do tend to confuse the normal user that may be this game is only coming on 360.

Hades is a god not a titan. This is suppose to be Atlus, from God of War 2, if I am not mistaken.
Over the top Violence was always there in GOW series. Kratos was ripping head off a dead corpse or a sacrificing a human in a fire chamber.
& I think GOW3 is not the only violent game, you can say the same thing about Marcus Fenix cutting throught locust hordes? or Ryu from NG2 cutting limbs of enemies.
1). God of War has the best opening cinematic.
2). Killzone 1 opening was absolutely epic.
3). MGS3
4). MGS4 the sad opening music was just amazing

6). Killzone 2 opening, Visari knows how to deliver a speech:P

9). Heavenly Sword opening was beautiful.

Aaa... If i am not mistaken isn't this the same site that said Bungie hasn't shown the real graphics of Halo 3 to the world and it will blow everyone away when it comes out? Yeah I am pretty sure it was this site. anyways no offense to 360 or ps3, but I will wait once I see it. As of right now Killzone 2 is untouchable in visuals, and lightening. Although I still believe that Uncharted 1 is the king when it comes to awesome textures:P.
Naa I can never forget my most anticipated game. I was just specifically talking about this year only.
Just wait till killzone 3 comes out or why wait that long just wait till Uncharted 2 and Heavy Rain comes out;)

I would like to see the 360 version to believe that statement. No offense to the 360 & Alan Awake but what we have seen so far is footage running on high end PCs and the tech demo they gave a few years back was on Quad Core machines, when the concept of whole Quad Core computing was relatively new.

I don't have hate for Halo 3. I own it & I played it thrice. Nobody mentioned Halo 3 piss-poor graphics or the lack luster campaign or short campaign, Was halo 3 fun to play hell yes, was it all it was hailed to be? not even close. Same applies for COD4 campaign but nobody mentions it. All I am saying is all games should be judged on the same merit, don't you think so?

I stopped reading after that. Well if thats the case then Halo 3 should have been given 5/10 because people were expecting it to cure cancer and it didn't. This statement is true for every other game out there.
Ok i just played a couple of hours of singleplayer and 2-3 rounds of multiplayer and I can say this that the controls are much more responsive.
