I count 360 exclusives after GDC09. I am pretty sure Microsoft will announce a couple of titles slated for 2009 release.

But I doubt we will see GT5 or God of War 3 in 2009. Its already packed with megaton exclusives, I think Sony will announce a couple of new games as well at GDC09 and E309, so expect an exclusive per month strategy;)

I am not really complaining about the 8. I just can't understand the logic behind it. Its like saying Killzone 2 is the best looking game on consoles both technically and aesthetically and then giving it a 9 is kind of absurd, isn't it?
funny, because if it was anyother game, these things wouldn't even be mentioned. I mean COD4 was like 6 hours long, it took me 8 hours to complete Halo 3 on Heroic. But nopes they are fine. Killzone 2 should have a 100 hrs + campaign, with randomly generated levels and 200 endings.

Actually BioShock was released a month before Halo 3 and it looked miles better. The only thing good about Halo 3's graphics were the lightening. Otherwise the textures and other than Master Chief's character model every one else looked dated. Killzone 2 wasn't slated as a 2007 release. It was a late 2008 release & if it wasn't for Resistance 2, Killzone 2 would probably have been on schedule, considering the review build has been out since early January.

Frankly speaking I am against the exclusive DLC crap. Its like telling one of the console owner you got shafted. Exclusive games I understand are necessary but exclusive DLC? Plus 90% of the DLCs are not even worth the price.
Actually both msft and sony won't consider Wii as a rival because they know they will be beaten to death.
The only thing they got right was the price cuts & yeah the nxe looks nice too. Apart from that they lacked quality exclusives. The only two good exclusives they had were gears 2 and fable 2. Out of which fable 2 was technically underwhelming. I think its about time msft invest in some new ips, they have been riding on so-called superior multiplatform games for too long.
I wouldn't say Killzone 2 has hit PS3 limit.
