I played about two hours before I got tired of the black bars. Now I can go back to it just in time for Halloween gaming.
Really looking forward to this game but man, what a BS statement.....I put 100+ hours into Dark Souls 2 on X360, then got the PC version and sank another 100+ hours into it.....I will never, ever go back to the console version due to the 60FPS alone. It made the game so much richer when the images don't blur during camera movement and the controls feel that much more precise.
The game should be 900p/60fps anytime, anyday, but we all know that 1080p is the king! /s

The problem with PS3 updates was not the frequency but the speed and the inefficiency of apply said updates.
My network is plenty fast but some updates took 15 minutes or so to apply. Did not ever have this problem on the X360. This also does not seem to be an issue on X1 or PS4 and was strictly an issue with PS3.
Hoping to add a Lords of the Fallen theme as I play the game starting tomorrow.
Now just give me a better way to organize my games and apps!
A lot of retailers will refund you the difference if an item drops in price shortly after a sale (a month I think).

I picked up Bayonetta 2 with this and they game me $12 off of it right at the checkout.
Plus it stacks on top of any rewards certificates any particular games have for them as a bonus.
Amazing.....this game is delayed for a year, still ships incomplete and has one of the worst online screw-ups in recent history.
Yet so many people on here defending this and saying things like "Awesome it outsold Forza H2!"
It's quite sad we are praising these sales when the game clearly doesn't deserve it when games like FH2 do.....and yes I am peeved the xbox fans haven't been buying it like they should.

1080/30 or 900/60 are the sweet spots IMO.
Looks like an interesting game. Shouldn't be releasing near Driveclub and Forza H2 though.
Hell even EA was smart enough not to release another Need for Speed game this year.
So, I assume you can just take the memory card from the Vita handheld, throw it in the PSTV and all your games, saves, etc. will be available (Assuming gotta sing into PS+).
Also, can you pair the DS4 controller to it to play vita games?

Game looks amazing! However, I will probably just try the PS+ version as I just don't see this game overtaking Forza H2 as MY preferred racing game.
They delay was't too big of a deal for me but they really should of released it at least a month before FH2 IMO.
I enjoy the Battlefield series a lot but after 3 and 4, I will most likely be skipping on this and waiting for the new Battlefront instead(hopefully next year).
Marketing is the biggest reason IMO.
Nintendo had NO marketing for the Wii U and are suffering for it.
Microsoft had plenty of marketing but it was poor and left a bad taste and it hurt them.
Sony played it safe and said the right things that gamers wanted to hear and deserve the success they have.
In either case, every system has it's own strengths and weaknesses and the pecking order in which how many each company sells...
Never played a Xeno game before to be honest. However, this is one of my most anticipated titles in a long time. Is there a set release date yet??
Hmmmm, I'm one of the ones that kinda figured there would be a next gen/pc release of this so I have yet to play this.
On one hand, being delayed will give me more time to play the ridiculous amount of games releasing Sept.- Nov. but if it gets delayed to 1st Quarter of 15, then it has to compete with Bloodborne, Witcher 3 (HUGE!), and others.
I really wish some of these big games would release in the Summer when there is a drought!

TLOU was a very solid game but the story relied way too much on typical zombie cliche's and was very predictable.
Still a good game but greatest game of all time IMO is either Super Metroid or Okami.
Game should of gotten a summer release.
I have it on PC and it's fun times but it is going to get buried under all the fall releases, same with Lords of the Fallen.
Game actually runs and looks really good on the XB1. Sledgehammer did a pretty darn good job!
