Runs a little better on PS4 which is to be expected but overall seems to be a good job on both consoles.
My issue is the freakin film grain that, to me, is horribly obvious and ruins the crispness of 1080P for me.
Theres no reason not to pre-order this game though. CDPR is an excellent developer and should be rewarded.
Now EA and Ubisoft games.......that's a different story.
There's no proof of it being ignored. The PS4 is a more powerful system but stop acting like it's completely blowing the X1 out of the water.
For all you know, the X1 could only do 34FPS Max while the PS4 could do 50FPS max but instead of dealing with screen tearing and other performance issues, they decided to lock it to 30FPS on both.
The worst thing for the industry is fanboys demanding unrealistic expectations like 1080P AND 60FPS for this gen'...
Blind loyalty is just as foolish as blind hate. I've sank my fair share of time into Destiny, bought the DLC pack, and had my fun, but haven't touched it in almost a month and don't know when (or if) I will go back.
If you want to dismiss the numerous complaints about the game and say "tough", then enjoy a future of gaming where developers only do enough to take your money from your hands and never address obvious issues that a game like this has.

Admit it, you have no proof of parity taking a hold of this. For all you know yes, XBO could only hit 40FPS while the PS4 was at 48-50FPS. Instead of releasing a game with a choppy framerate across both, they went for a rock-solid 30FPS.
Also, I don't believe the resolution has been confirmed for XBO so you can put that in your pipe and smoke it as well.

I bought the Expansion pass....but Destiny is like the morning doughnut. Its there for you every morning at work and you know it's terrible for you but it is delicious and you eat it anyways.

Just my opinion but this game should easily take GOTY as long as it stays free of technical issues.

There's no two ways around it. Buying exclusivity for either company is a disservice to customers.

Never played a Xeno game yet. This will be my first endeavor and I am really looking forward to it. This, Bloodborn, and the Witcher are my three most anticipated games of 2015!
Sunset is decent but I would say the Forza Horizon 2 is the best game I've played so far this year, hands-down on any system IMO.

Got a GTX 970 just for this game.....hope it runs smoothly at at least Max settings (minus Uber Sampling)
Funny, I have a GTX 970 based gaming rig, a PS4, and a X1.
Got the game on Xbox....look at how many f**ks I give about extra grass, the game still looks and runs great.
If there is any reason to get it on xbox is because you fanboys turn me off to my PS4 so badly.

Tired of seeing articles about server issues or launch issues of new software. I don't know about the rest of you but I spend a lot of money on gaming and I don't think it's too much to ask for these features to work and this goes for both MS and Sony!
My idea for a solution would be if the dedicated servers fail to work or are overloaded, matches could be hosted on a P2P connection. I know P2P generally stinks but it can still provide some kind of MP experience...
Pretty impressive for MS considering the difference in install base between the X1 and PS4.

I just complained about this in the Eurogamer article. It's so terrible! Evil Within was bad also.
I buy a 1080P tv for the sharpness, not the fuzz of grain.
Hopefully they add this in an update.
