"We built crowd input into our streaming API in the #PS4 – can’t wait to see more devs integrate external inputs like #twitchplayspokemon"
First we need to be able to view stream s other than those from playstation systems.
Squaresoft meets Disney. Only good things can happen.
This kind of thing is MS's strength. They take connectivity to another level. Their twitch app is shaping up to be something truly innovative.
Oh I see what you're saying and agree. It did sell well considering it had no must have games, especially in Japan's weakening market. I don't know if Sony would have had enough stock to launch in Japan on the 15th. They barely managed to scrap together 350k ish units for its feb 22 launch.(guessing that's how many they shipped since they sold out recently.)
Rockstar Status.
Hmmm I wonder how many PS4's Sony shipped. If numbers look weak in Japan, then that means more stock being shifted towards the West and demand being met quicker that April.
Major System seller exclusives are few and far between. But that is not to say that they aren't as important as a GTA. Also have to think that it's tough to get a 7-8 year old system to fly off the shelves in gta's case. Although gta bundle did push ps3 past xb360 in the U.S. Anyways, The Wii would not have came close to 100m without exclusives. Ps2 destroyed its generation with them. And the 3ds is suffocating ps vita with their own exclusive deals.
Xbox is bring...
Enjoyed the first and loved the third. Never played the second. I still have my DW3 disk and play it on my ps3 sometimes. The card game and getting every Digimon and their digivolutions maxed out was addicting. I spent so many hours on it. Would love for another game like it On ps4.
I noticed each one of those comments while I was watching some early playthroughs of Thief.

I've run out of salt abriael. I've got high blood pressure now, but I've run out of salt.
The console war* may not be over but I think it's safe to say resolutiongate is.
Is this game not sounding more and more like an uncharted/tlou mix the more information we get. The story heavy game, the tps,the action/adventure, the supernatural twist, the melee, the cinematic feel. And this black water sounds a lot like the resin in uncharted 2.
From the information we've gotten so far I think it's easy to see where they've drawn their inspiration from ;)
7/10 played, with fond memories for each one of them. I think my childhood was a success :)
People were already freaking out about a TLOU ps4 port. A new installment would increase that excitement tenfold. If they are basing a sequal on the audience then TLOU2 is all but confirmed.
Is this game retailing at full price?
Sometimes sniping someone in the face can be so beautiful.
I would rather have 60fps but its a game that is being compared to The Last Of Us, Assassin's Creed, and Uncharted 2. I won't be able to resist.
I wouldn't expect recent games or many third parties either but, to call the service a "joke" is more of a joke than anything. It is going to offer at least two generations worth of PlayStation titles for one price across Sony devices. He'll eat his words, then blow it off like he never said it. That is Pachter.
Those numbers can probably be inflated a bit more. Ps plus has offered four ps4 games to about 3mil subscribers. And there are close to 10 free to play games total in the 57 regions. I'm sure Sony doesn't count freebies as sales. That 2-1 ratio could swell to more than 5-1 if all things were considered. People are playing games, they just aren't paying for them ;)
