Wow that is a LOT of changes. I can't tell if it's for the better or worse. They increased the accuracy of burst firing M60?? It doesn't need that!

How is this different than stripping parts from the actual game and selling as DLC? Either way it's just another scheme to make more money.

I want to see more games than just Ricochet. Am I the only one who's getting tired of seeing only Ricochet over and over?

Jaffe talks too much. Less talk, more results please.

The game has a lot of problems but there's a solution to most of them. The worst problem that renders the game completely broken, however, is the respawning system. It is absolutely absurd to have the person you just killed get respawned behind you.

It was a fun game. I loved the features they had like the dynamic gameplay and the proximity chat. My only complaint was that the controls were too weighty for multiplayer maps that consisted of way too many choke points. I don't mind weighty controls (Battlefield) and I don't mind chokepoints, but they shouldn't belong together.

Suppose you programmed a video game and I'm your publisher. We sign a contract for me to publish your video on the iPhone, but I also decide to publish your game on the PC, 360, PS3, Apple, etc. And on top of that I will change the voices to your game characters to the opposite gender, lol (read the article). Activision took a product or work and overused it without compensating fairly as stipulated in the contract.

It's breach of contract and you draw the line before one person ...

Maybe you should read the news before commenting. Activision breached the contract. The band got back together so the company could use their likeness to perform only the band's three songs, not the entire game's song collection.

I still haven't tried out Demon's Souls yet. So many PS3 games this year. I'm hoping it will support the PS Move.

FINALLY they admit to the multiplayer problems of Gears 2. It would have been a great game and deserving of the high scores if these problems were fixed.

I love the Gears franchise, but I got lampooned by the 360 fanboys for pointing out the major game-breaking problems in the multiplayer.

Gears 3 and Halo Reach are my reasons for renewing my Live Gold subscription later this year. Until then I can wait it out.

This guy is turning Crytek into Valve. If this guy was this arrogant, I think it was a mistake that Crytek brought him on board.

Call of Duty/Modern Warfare franchise is owned by Activision. Even though the founders have moved to EA, they can't move the franchise to EA with them. They can, however, create a new franchise that will compete head to head with Modern Warfare.

It will be interesting to see from here on out the games produced by DICE and Respawn Studios, since everyone compared BC games to MW games. Didn't Zampella and West both work on Medal of Honor originally?

If I got fired, I will not sit around and remain unemployed. This shouldn't affect their current litigation. It is very difficult to prove in court what Activision is accusing the two guys. The burden of proof is on Activision. The co-founders will not have a difficult time proving that they have rights to royalties. It's part of their contract.

Other than the creepiness of becoming friends with an imaginary little boy (pedophilia), I don't see the big deal about Milo. It looks like quicktime sequences, although the cues and input are a little more complicated but not revolutionary.

I think EA/DICE has a great sense of humor in their games as well as how they see their competitors.

When I'm in a full squad with mics who work together, we usually dominate. I do miss some of the larger multiplayer maps from Bad Company 1. They need to implement some metropolitan urban warfare maps into the game.

Trees can be shot down with machine guns. Tank ramming with C4 still works on the PS3.

I have only two issues with Home.

1. It holds a maximum of 64 players (confirmed by Home moderator) per server or lobby. So you really can't interact with all the PS3 players currently on Home, not even those within your continent or country. They're all separated into multiple servers/lobbies because each can only hold 64 players. In order to find a friend or someone you saw yesterday, you'll have to jump out of Home and hope that the next time you enter, you'll enter the right ...
