They make Armored Core like once in a blue moon.

Probably, They've always been a greedy studio to the point of making bad decisions and losing money.

Windows has been a problem on portable devices all the way back to Windows CE. Tiny11 is probably a better option for ASUS Rog Ally users.

You forgot the $500 for 7 years of PS+ which you need for online play. Also you forget that you can get Sony games on PC for free. Yes they are that easy to get without paying for them. Also you get PC and Xbox games on there too if you feel that adds extra value. Simply saying Sony is reducing their value as a platform holder. Nintendo understands this but if Sony keep on their current trajectory they will continue to hemorrhage users to PC. It also seems like people are quite happy paying n...

PS5 $500 4 years later PS5 Pro $500 + 7 Years of PS+ $400-500. Sony is doing a good job of divesting themselves and users of the need for their platform or a console. I should just buy a $1000 PC at this point and not have to worry about paying a PS+ gate fee or for many not actually paying $70 for their games. In the end they will hurt themselves long term with this business strategy. People will wake up.

It could be free and it wouldn't matter at this point. There isn't really a PCVR Market and I say that as a PCVR user. It is modders and enthusiasts with a few retail products on Steam.

Next Microsoft game.

You had to go and add Xbox in your comment, no sneaky attempts or we will nose dive your comment.

One of the reasons I never got a PSVR2 was due to the lack of physical games. Don't want a paperweight headset when the inevitable happens.

"Free To Keep" irresponsible journalism.

It would be annoying and spiteful if Sony didn't embrace higher capacity discs for the PS6. They already have cheaper discs that can now hold petabytes of data. But they would rather force consumers to go digital rather than be pro consumer. Ignoring a good piece of technology for corporate greed and control is not good.

Exclusives are important which is why for the first time I won't be buying a PlayStation next generation but instead I'll buy an affordable PC. Why? Because I can get PC/Sony/MS games all in the one place. Ironically Sony and Microsoft are diluting themselves in the exclusives market and making the PC more cost effective. Can someone explain how not being a platform holder makes them more money? Especially a platform that has a lot of piracy and isn't willing to pay $70 per game. ...

Maybe it is time to just let Goldeneye go. People keep e-begging for this game and it came back in various iterations; remastered and original and in the end it was just meh. The game was a product of its time like Perfect Dark and Timesplitters.

Question is what patch data is on the disc?

This strategy is exactly what helped ruin Xbox. Sony more than Microsoft know when to let a franchise go and that is important to keep things fresh. The old games are there if you want to play them.

I'll wait for the PC port.

Seems like a new Viking: Battle for Asgard game mixed with Dynasty Warriors. I think the main concern for this kind of game is will it be repetitive. Slicing through endless armies as an OP player character never worked out long term for me. It gets old real fast. I'm not going to give a free pass just because it isn't taking itself seriously either.

If you go digital and your platform of choice goes under you lose your investment.

The issue is if you look at a torrent website Sony games are downloaded in their millions. So you say why should that bother someone who has bought it on console? Well it bothers them because they have effectively paid $70 for a game that like it or not is now available on PC for free. Media likes to pretend that piracy is dead on PC just so they can pull the wool over publishers eyes so they will do ports.

The truth is piracy on PC is bigger than its ever been. If Sony ca...

No, I think less people bought the sequel. Not everyone was happy with the last game.
